Hashi Market

Hashi Market is a fun place to shop if you’re looking for authentic Japanese groceries. They have a good selection of sushi, snacks, noodles, and even unique items like matcha and sesame soft-serve ice cream. The store is clean and organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. Prices are a little higher compared to regular supermarkets, but that’s expected for imported goods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great spot if you’re craving Japanese treats or want to explore new flavors!

I came here last Saturday at noon for their free bluefin tuna cutting show in NYC, where you could actually sample fresh tuna! The chef broke down a bluefin tuna flown straight from Nagasaki, Japan, weighing over 130 lbs. It was the freshest tuna I’ve tasted in a long time, totally reminding me of the one I had at Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market. You could even buy fresh cuts of akami, chutoro, and otoro right after the show. I love getting sushi and sashimi from Hashi Market because they’re always incredibly fresh. We got an assorted sashimi & sushi bento and a salmon ikura don, and the quality was on par with what you’d get at a restaurant. I bought Salmon Ikura Don ($15.99) and Assorted Sashimi and Sushi bento ($22.99) for lunch. So fresh and delicious. The fish was actually thickly sliced as well! I didn’t even know there was a basement floor for beauty products, home goods, blind boxes, and dining area!

Love Hashi Mart in K-Town! They have my favorite rice balls, and it’s honestly so convenient to grab something quick and satisfying. Perfect spot when you want a fast bite without sacrificing taste. I always end up coming back.

Cool little Japanese night market! Friendly staff and deli food is very reasonably priced. And there’s a sale after 8pm!! 10/10 would come again

Great Japanese Market and Fujiissa is attached to this location where you should absolutely grab a drink from. They have a great selection of prepared cold food items to go such as sushi and hot items as well like Katsu don. It is slightly priced higher but it is a very convenient location next to K-Town so you can do all your Korean / Japanese grocery shopping in one go - if you wanted to. What you absolutely MUST do while here is to go down one floor below to check out the basement level - they have a fully-stocked Canmake cosmetic product offering as it seems not many are aware of this particular location yet!

This place is a paradise for Japanese culture lovers! It has everything — from fresh produce and fruits to a wide variety of Japanese snacks, famous chocolates like Royce, and adorable collectible toys that will melt your heart. Walking through the aisles feels like being back in Japan. The store is clean, fully stocked, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended stop for anyone in the area!
