Whole Foods Market

Let me start off by saying everything is great EXCEPT for the Hot Bar. The food is repetitive and lacks variety especially meats. How many weeks are we going to have Beef Meatloaf with mushrooms for? We need some variety with some meatballs, fish, maybe hamburgers..Fried chicken is also overdone, where is grilled one like in jewel osco? Potatoes are always mashed and never fried or steamed. Lack of popular salads like Caesar and so on..Please look into more menu options like they have in Chicago and other suburbs. Because this is making me shop elsewhere.

Very nice Beauty/Care area. Also very nice updated Cheese area. A really nice selection of Cheeses. The Holiday menu is great as well. Clean, caring employees as well. Sometimes things are a little hard to find, but employees are helpful. Everything is always fresh and restocked frequently and appropriately.

I generally enjoy shopping here. Like most people there are staple pieces I will always get from here. One of those is the prepared Family 4 meals. Absolutely makes life easier. Today there is several empty shelves in the deli. After waiting easily 10 minutes for anyone in the deli to even acknowledge me. I was told maybe they will have some tomorrow. That from the Manager. Who I did not know was the manager prior. Only important because 3 times he turned around and seen me waiting and 3 times he put zero effort to even ask me to wait. Now being that all the elements are available and on the shelf I asked can he simply prepare one for me. Of which he did agreed eventually at a higher price. I am not understanding, why because you have deli shelves empty and I am asking for exactly what should be on the shelves am I paying more because I am asking for the exact same thing that should be on the shelf. The Deli manager absolutely made it clear he did not have time for customers. From leaving me waiting and ignoring me to continue to barely speak when the other deli person was trying to help.

By accident I left at the store one bag with couple products in it. I called the store, to check for it ,and they couldn’t find it. The customer service team were very helpful especially Sydney. She did a phenomenal job. Thank you for substituting the products that I left behind at the store even though it was my fault not checking all the bags. Great customer service! Thank you, Sydney!

I love the food here. Everyone was very nice

I usually enjoy shopping at this Whole Foods and have never had issues before. Today was my first time trying the hot bar, and after eating the chana masala curry I felt poisoned, with nausea and stomach issues shortly afterward. I hope the store will check the quality and handling of hot bar items more carefully before serving, as many people including families with children rely on this food being safe.

I love shopping at wholefood, who isn't? Every year, I ordered the precooked turkey for Thanksgiving dinner, the outcome is always great. I love their greens and flowers section 😍 too. What's not to like? I don't think my family can survive Thanksgiving without wholefood...
