MINISO

False advertisement from the location. Price tag state one price, then you go to the cashier and they won't honor the price that is listed and state, " The store has been busy and we haven't had the time to change the tag." I walked away and informed the manager I was filing a complaint to customer service. Sale price listed $21.99 tried to charge me $29.99. The store is overpriced.

Very disappointed the manager need to train the employee as she discriminate me saying I’m not welcome as I saw another review someone saying the same thing the employee need to figure the right person I will also file a complaint to the BBS complaint this is unacceptable being harassed for something I didn’t do at all and shaking it off like it’s okay to do so woman.

I just want to complain to the manager as the employee came up to me telling me I’m not welcome here and shouldn’t be allow to come in because the manager talk to me yet I never talk to the manager at all I would like to talk to the manager now to file a complaint I will file a BBS complaint now to report this incident very disappointed.

Lots of cute stuff Good to high prices Huge selection Lots of cute stickers They have a phone app Clean store Some inventory is constantly rotating

This place is very rude the woman employee need to be retrained to treat customers equally very disrespectful and mean the manager need to talk to the employee about this situation of discrimination I filed a complaint to the BBS compliant very disappointed not family friendly anymore I don’t recommend this place to family.
