Los Altos Ranch Market

I always have a great experience at Los Altos Ranch Market, especially thanks to the amazing staff. Daniela, one of the cashiers, provides excellent customer service. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and always attentive to her work. She makes customers feel welcome and keeps the checkout process smooth and pleasant. I would also like to recognize Mariela from the bakery section. She is very kind, helpful, and patient when assisting customers. She always takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is just right. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stand out. Both Daniela and Mariela make shopping here a wonderful experience. Employees like them are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

I like shopping here especially if I’ll be cooking Mexican food. There ingredients that I can get here that you simply can’t get at Walmart or Fry’s. Their butcher shop has a way better selection including beef bones or chicken feet if I’m looking to make a stock. Their salsas are great. I love that you can get freshly made tortillas be the hidden gem is the cafeteria they have inside! Grab a few tacos before you do your shopping as everyone knows you shouldn’t shop on an empty stomach.

You can tell the employee is new, but she's terrible. I asked her not to mistreat my groceries, and she got angry and threw the bags at me. I was carefully choosing the bread, and she mistreated me completely.the compas. Terrible service, but no matter how many comments you make, the store continues to operate the same way because you keep coming to buy because you need to, but terrible service.

This place had me when I first walked in the door. They have all kinds of salsas tortilla chips homemade tortillas. They have a small area where you can grab tacos and burritos and eat at the tables.

The masa we purchased a day or two before Christmas was absolutely terrible! We bought 15lbs and we ended up throwing out almost all of it. We used a small amount just to try it and the masa was hard and tasted gross. I called and called the store and nobody answered so I called the number with a (909) area code and same no one answered. Extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of customer service. Thankfully F City had masa left and it was amazing and saved our tamales. And it was cheaper! La masa que compramos salio bien fea. Compramos 15lbs y tiramos casi toda. Preparamos 1lb para probar la y la masa salio dura y no tenia nada de sabor. Hable à la tienda pero nadien contesto y marque el numero en mi recibo con area (909) y tampoco nadien contesto. Gracias a dios compramos mas en en food city y estaba bien buena y hasta mas barata.

This is not my first review for this place and it probably won't be the last! I love the food and the great service. When I want authentic, Mexican food I come here! The taco platter price went up and I DO NOT CARE! It's worth it! I miss this place so much when I travel outside of Arizona!😩🥰🫶🏾

I used to love this store until they decided to judge my husband for no reason and took something we purchased with our receipt and said it wasn't his and kept it. For the reason I had sent another person to buy my lunch for me and bought something I don't like or anyone else in the house so we decided to take it back and the management made a big deal over 4.99 that was on hand with the item and proof of purchase. It was never shown on camera that it was stolen just that I sent someone else to buy it for me . So I send my husband to take it back and that was there leadership protocol and how he handled that transaction. Tried treating someone as they were a thief when very well they are . I have a full recording on how this whole incident took place. Never again will I shop here if anything they should make sure that every person working there is who they say they are
