They sell expired and rotten vegetables. This is ridiculous . People get sick . The city needs to examine the store quality.

The conduct of staff in the fish department is consistently unprofessional and discourteous. The employee appears hostile, shows a lack of respect toward customers, and demonstrates poor customer service standards. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable expectations for retail service. Additionally, the prices of meat and vegetables are excessively high, and the quality is concerning. On multiple occasions, meat and produce have appeared spoiled, expired, or not fresh. The sale of such products raises serious concerns regarding food safety and consumer protection. Given these issues, I respectfully request that the appropriate authorities or regulatory bodies in the State of New Hampshire review and inspect this store’s operations, food quality standards, and customer service practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We moved from South East Virginia where Asian grocery stores are everywhere. Not so much in central New Hampshire! We live in Tilton and I drove 40 minutes to get to your store and am in love. I immediately found a couple items I needed and then a very friendly man helped me with a couple other items and gave me the lay of the land to help me in the future. Can you please duplicate this market up here?? I will definitely be back now that I know I don’t have to hit 4-5 stores for what I need when it’s all under one roof and then some. Yay!!

I haven’t shop here yet. My cousin bought frozen fried egg rolls from here and it was delicious. As someone from the Boston area, it’s far better than anything from here.

Bought a full box of mackerel fish last month for the first time shopping there. After cooking from it with little salt added, I have never tasted anything pre-salted with that much salt in my entire life. I called to check if they ever had a complaint or is it just normal but whoever answered the call have no business being in a customer service nor managing a business. Make sure you are not buying salt thinking you are paying for fish. This is to your response, you said we saw prickled written on it. We bought a full box that was taken out of your cold room and sold to us. We didn’t ask you for salted fish, we asked you for fresh mackerel fish. We bought full boxes of 2 other fish too. why those weren’t salted? It should not cost that much to buy salt. That was not fish and nothing like empathy or apology from you. It’s not acceptable.

When i called this store to ask if they have for tilapia fish, the lady told me that, yes we do, but do not bring your food stamps here. That was kind of rude. Then one guy at the fish area, was so disrespectful when I asked him about if the fish was already clean. I was so disappointed with these two employees
