I had a very disappointing experience at Patel Food. About two weeks ago, I purchased a packet of chana dal from their store. When I opened it, I found it was infested with black insects — clearly not fresh or properly stored. Since I live about 20 miles away, I couldn’t return it immediately. Today, when I went back to the store, I politely explained the situation and showed the product. Instead of understanding my concern, the staff behaved rudely and refused to exchange or refund the item. They insisted that I should have come within one week — which is not reasonable, especially for customers who live far away. I was shocked by their unprofessional attitude and lack of customer care. I had to throw away the entire packet. This was not about the small amount of money, but about basic respect and quality assurance. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They seriously need to improve product quality and customer service.

I purchased Gingelly Oil labeled under Meenakshi Overseas LLC. Upon opening, it had thick sediment and an unpleasant odor. Cooking with it resulted in an off taste. I’m keeping the bottle to return and will discuss this issue with the store manager. Selling such duplicate-quality products is unacceptable for something meant for daily consumption.

One of my go to store for my Indian groceries . Fresh vegetables , variety of freezer products , clean aisles , and availability of foods at reasonable prices. Apart from groceries they do carry pooja items , seasonal items ( festivals) , bath products ( particularly Indian ) and small tools for kitchen utensils .I always buy valve for pressure cooker and gaskets from here .

Great prices and amazing collection of Indian and other Asian groceries. Patel Foods' collection of seasonal fresh veges and fruits far exceeds other similar grocery stores in the area. This is my goto place.

Not authentic at all. Caused stomach pain. Duplicate Bournvita Imported by Meenaxi Enterprises NJ—authorities must investigate.
