King Soopers

I can't believe I'm even bothering to one-star a Soops, but it was just that far above normally bad. I stop in more than I'd like for groceries as options are limited here. But if I was gonna make a go of it being my full-time store then pick-up is the only option. But what I received was just sad. Rotten broken potatoes, old wilted, brown lettuce, bruised cucumber, rotten old, brown garlic, bagels that expired the day I bought them, my other bread expires in two days. I'd never blame the people on the floor doing the job, but clearly their directive is to give out old, past dated foods, and hope no one complains. Fraudulent practice, terrible management. Never again will I shop here.

I use the curbside pickup option a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once brought me a bag of flour that had gotten a tear in it. The young man took the time to go get a new bag for me. I would have taken the leaking bag so it was very nice of him. They're always friendly and do a good job.

I really appreciate the high quality of the produce. Also, the spice selection is well stocked. Items are generally easy to find. I generally go do my Major shopping at another store, as I get claustrophobic with the tightness of the isles.

We did our Christmas grocery shopping this afternoon with only 4 shopping days left to go and sure enough, the store was crowded but shelves were well stocked. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Aisles were easy to navigate, produce was fresh and store was clean. These people have a leg up on their competition! Keep up the great work!

I have always been happy with this King Soopers. Convenient location and friendly staff with their regular good prices. I just have 2 issues with the recent remodel. Some common items have wound up high on shelves, not an issue for my tall self but I have witnessed others struggle. I also believe some aisles have become just a bit more narrow causing passing issues resulting in awkward waiting and extra shopping time. Still a good place though!

I come here religiously. Always have what I need, staff is supper knowledgeable and approachable. Great atmosphere! The new designs are brining in more products and I'm really excited to see what new stuff we get!

They have recently changed the layout of the store. The Isles are now very narrow and barely passable. Use to be my go-to for grocery shopping. But since the change. I've started shopping at the competition. What's more? I'm saving money even without the hassle of having to give my phone number every transaction.
