I love Umma kitchen!! I found their store through social media when I first moved to LA and the different owners are all so kind and generous. Their 반찬 is the best and the same or comparable in price to H Mart or Zion market near by. I love their 수정과 and frozen soups! Please support this woman owned business~🩷

Omg the cutest shop ever! I stopped by because I was trying to kill some time and it was fantastic! I picked up some eggs, kimbap and kin. The kimbap is out of the world!!!! I need to come back and try other food 🙂

I was getting tired of my own cooking😣, so I started looking for local side dish shops and found this hidden gem! 😉 It’s the one I highly recommend in Koreatown. The owner is super friendly and lovely❤️ I haven’t tried all the side dishes yet, but the ones I had at home were all delicious! I’ll definitely be going back soon after I finish everything.

Delicious, diverse, and full of flavor Korean side dishes elevate our regular meal. Store is really clean and staff is very kind and wonderful! Strongly recommend anyone who loves Korean foods

Great selection of banchan here. Much better than what you would find at grocery stores! And the quality is so good. They also have meal kits that are pre cooked and you can just warm up at home. The lady here is also so nice helping you pick out the popular items. Definitely will be back!

I'm grateful that the food is healthy and doesn't use too many seasonings, so I can safely enjoy it with my 2-year-old child. There are many side dish stores in LA, but there isn't one that matches the cleanliness of Mama's Kitchen and the quality of the packaging! If you're struggling with side dishes, I highly recommend Mama's Kitchen.

Best banchan store in all of Koreatown for fresh, tasty banchan of all different kinds. They also carry ready made soups and meat dishes that are convenient to cook at home. Super clean, homemade feel. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well!
