Jordan Market

Jordan Market in Westwood is a well-organized store offering a variety of Middle Eastern groceries, from spices to specialty items. They had exactly what I was looking for. Reason for 4 stars is I realized after the fact that I was charged wrong, but did not go back.

I wanna be fair. The store is very clean and almost all Persian style food is available here. But the prices are higher than normal. The customer service here is not perfect. And, not all items have price tags, which is odd.

Absolutely fantastic market! Their meat, produce and bread are absolutely amazing. I special ordered a leg of lamb and they had it the very next day. They had it clean and wrapped for me, and for a really good price. Thank you Jordan market for high quality product for a good price and great customer service. I'm definitely coming back.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of the nuts was terrible, and when I went back to return them, I was treated very poorly and disrespectfully. No customer service, no respect, no accountability at all. Truly disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I rarely write negative reviews, but customer service has become almost nonexistent lately, and this place is a perfect example of rudeness and lack of basic courtesy. The incident: I was ready to pay, but no one was at the counter. After looking around, I found an older staff member assisting someone with spices. I waited a few minutes, then politely asked if he could help me check out. His response, delivered with a rude tone, was: "No, if you can’t wait, go." So I left. That says it all.

Price tags are not consistent. You can find the same product in many places at different prices. It was the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

The older gentleman working there had an aggressive approach and attitude even though the cashier and the other gentleman were very nice.
