Hoping the ownership sees this, as I truly appreciate what they’ve created here. The quality of the products throughout the market is superb—excellent selection, well organized, and consistently well stocked. The sandwich menu is also thoughtfully curated, with real variety and creativity. That said, today’s experience was surprisingly disappointing. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and the bread was noticeably stale, while the chicken was cold and bland. Unfortunately, it fell below the quality of even a typical pre-made grocery store sandwich, which was unexpected given the standards this market otherwise upholds. This feels like a quality control issue rather than an intentional choice, and I assume management may not be aware. Given how much a sandwich relies on the freshness of its ingredients—especially the BREAD—I’d encourage closer QC review in this area. I hope this was an anomaly, as the rest of the market clearly strives for excellence.

I love Jayde's Market for its variety, quality, and service. The market has everything I need, from fresh produce, meat, cheese, and bakery items to wine, flowers, and gifts. The café has a delicious menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, and burgers, as well as coffee, tea, smoothies, and pastries. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The store is clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Jayde's Market is my go-to place for grocery shopping, dining, and treating myself. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great market experience.

The food here is outstanding! Market prices are high though

Bought ground beef here and it was totally spoiled and smelly when I opened it. Several times the produce has had bugs or been rotten when I got home to cook with it. The place has definitely gone downhill. If you have to get groceries here despite the crazy prices make sure to inspect them closely before putting in your cart! Edit: I did call in that very day and reported the spoiled meat to the manager, who apologized and offered to replace it but I was already cooking the rest of dinner. We also separately complained about repeatedly finding rot or bugs and produce and got a refund processed on our zucchinis, so these issue were definitely brought to the stores attention

An amazing grocery store in a dreamy location nestled among the canyons...excellent producta and friendly staff...a gem ,truly recommended

I’ve been shopping at this market for years. It’s convenient and only a few blocks away. Lately they’ve had a severe decline in customer service. I’m not sure if there is new management, but one of the gentleman today made my experience truly unpleasant. I was waiting to at the cashier for almost 15 minutes with no one around to ring me up. I was able to flag down a gentleman who I believed was a Supervisor. Clean cut, well dressed and dark hair. After asking to speak to someone, Joseph, explained that he was the manager. He seemed not at all interested in my experience today and didn’t really seem to care that I was a regular customer. I’ve never had a bad experience until today and this manager could NOT care less. Just rang up my items, handed my receipt and walked away. Safe to say I will not be coming back. The trip down the hill is worth saving time and money. If this is how the manager treats the local residents who kept this place open, I can’t imagine how the regular employees are.
