They have a parking lot which is nice. I went for the hot and fresh food at 10:30 in the morning, everything was gone nothing left. Usually h marts are always making fresh food and sushi not this one I guess. The staff were very unfriendly or didn’t speak English

Today, I took my father to the hospital, had breakfast, and even gave him some pocket money. I felt that the day had started wonderfully. Before coming to your store, everything seemed fine. While shopping, when it was my father’s turn to pay, he made a small mistake during the transaction. At that moment, the cashier—an older woman—began lecturing him endlessly, as if speaking to a child. My father is 85 years old and has difficulty hearing, so I heard everything while packing the groceries. As the lecture continued without end, I became increasingly frustrated. I finally spoke up and asked why she was being so harsh, pointing out that an elderly person might be slower, and criticized her attitude. From that moment on, the cashier completely stopped responding—no words, just staring off into the distance. We waited for a long time, and other customers also began to get frustrated. So I checked the card machine and saw that it displayed the message "Insert Card." Despite this, the cashier refused to take any action, seemingly out of spite. Had I not intervened, the issue would not have been resolved. I inserted the card myself and completed the transaction. Before the payment was processed, I requested to split the payment between card and cash due to an automatic insurance deduction from my father’s account. However, she refused and processed the entire payment by card. When I asked why, the only response I received was a curt, "Go to customer service. In my life, I have never experienced such behavior. I understand that retail employees encounter difficult customers and that the job can be stressful, but this behavior is completely unacceptable, especially toward an elderly person. Please, if you are unable to perform your job properly, do not work in customer service. Such behavior not only harms customers but also damages the reputation of the store. I know the name of the cashier, but I will not disclose it here.

Convenient place to find Korean/ Asian groceries. It has a small food court that sells Korean food. There is a pop up bakery by the entrance that sells good pastries.

The older cashier women are extremely rude towards hispanics. The older lady cashier was slamming my veggies around , instead of opening and simply counting how many cilantros I had (which i had already told her but it’s okay if she’d like to count) she threw them all out over the scanner to count. The whole purpose of me telling her how many i had (which was 3) was so she wouldn’t have to sweep my veggies through that super dirty counter/scanner ..the woman was extremely rude about it. When the gentleman or other women handle my produce they never throw them and lay them out on that dirty counter space.

Small korean grocery store. Ample parking Narrow aisles and not the most tremendous of selections but I do go here fairly often as they run some good sales and the prices of things from frozen Korean food to fresh fruit cant be beat.

Right now, I was in the store and witnessed a crime! The salesperson is opening old food containers and repackaging them into new containers, putting today's date on them. I was really shocked! I'm going to write a report. They do this when there are few customers in the store. This is terrible! They can poison people!!!! Shame on the store owner!!! Here's the translation: NEVER BUY READY-MADE FOOD HERE!! Be careful!
