This company is notorious for selling moldy rice. I purchased four bags, and all of them were full of mold. When I contacted the company, they initially offered only a 25% refund because it had been over seven days since the purchase and blamed me for improper storage. I kept the rice in a container in the fridge as soon as it arrived, yet it was already moldy. Despite this, they showed no concern. If I could, I would give them zero stars. This company should not be in business. I noticed other reviews mentioning moldy rice and shared my experience in a group chat with over 100 moms in the Bay Area. Several others reported the same issue. Without realizing the rice was moldy, my family, including an infant and a toddler, consumed it for months. After multiple emails, they finally agreed to a 50% refund, but I don't care about the refund. What bothers me is their poor handling of the situation and blaming me for the mold when it arrived that way!

Cute store with regional and traditional ingredients from Korea. They sell Korean grown gochugaru, specialty seaweeds, perilla seed oil, mackeral from Jeju-do, etc..

I happened to find this hidden gem after making a visit to DAMO tea house. If you know about the Korean store Farm Fresh, then you will also come to love this place as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of hard to find Korean goods here. It's a fairly large Korean food goods store tucked in the corner of a plaza with very good prices. We purchased pumpkin tea bags, Ginseng Sikhe, and dried veggies for rice cooker. The worker(possibly owner) let us know that there was free samples around the store that we could take home such as tea bags. It's been a couple of weeks since our visit, and now that we had time to use all of the products, I can confirm these products were great! I highly recommend to visit this place especially if you are looking for health food gifts to give to family and friends. There is a variety of frozen foods, balloon flower root health foods, banchan, instant meals, dried herbs, teas, snacks, rices and grains, and more.

Crazy owner! Had mold on rice I bought! I bought rice from them a month ago. It was vacuum sealed, so I opened it today, and mold and bugs were inside. I called to notify them of the situation. This crazy lady told me why I’d open this too late. Expiration is not until January next year; instead of apologizing, she blamed me. She was super rude. She is the one who sold molded rice in the first place and screamed and hung up on me. It has a crazy owner, horrible quality, merchandise, unexpected customer service. Do not ever go. Here, you can find exactly same thing with much better customer service at Wootari mall (also has online) and gamjabawoo. Can’t still believe she reacted this way. crazy world

I used their online order frequently (spent several hundred dollars every other month) until they refused to accept my comment that one of their frozen food was in a bad condition (inedible) and refused to refund. They said they check every item but apparently they don't and which is an apparent lie since it was a packaged item that they can't open and check. They said they can't trust me and blocked my account.

오랜만에 간 꽃마!! 매번 구매한 물품이 매장에 없어 배송여부에 대해 물었는데... 대답하기 귀찮다는 여사장님의 태도에 실망... 다시는 안가게 됬네요.
