I agree with the last reviewer. Chin Jung kimchi used to be very good but recently it’s a big disappointment. Tastes really bad. I too wonder what happened. I’ll never buy this brand any more! 😡

Poor quality control and poor customer service. Been a long time consumer of Chin Jung kimchi and kkakdugi. Recent purchase of kimchi and kkakdugi were very slimy. I called Chin Jung and they told me sometimes they can add too much sugar and this can happen. I tell the man I can't eat this, and he suggests I return it to the store where I bought it. Zero accountability. Generally not a good feeling as a consumer to feel cheated. I can not recommend this business, I will be moving on to a different brand

I’ve purchased this kimchi for the last 10 years. Not sure what’s changed but my last two jars were slimy. Will be looking at other brands going forward!
