Grocery Outlet

We shop there all the time. Today my 85 year old Mom needed to use the restroom and they told her no. The result was my mom going to the bathroom in her pants. Way to go Grocery Outlet. Happy Holidays. -Not a happy customer.

I'll never go back. Due to a medical condition I need to use the restroom more frequently. My bladder just doesn't hold a lot. The previous owners allowed restroom use for customers who asked. The people who worked there were nice, and understanding. Not anymore. I was just treated pretty darn poorly, and left humiliated over asking to please use their restroom. Even exclaiming that I have a weak bladder. "NO RESTROOMS FOR THE PUBLIC!!! The manager with a raised voice replied as she shuffled away not wanting to hear anything more from me. I just turned around and left the store. Have some humility, specially for long time paying customers. I'll pay an ever so slight premium in order to be treated like a human being. So, bye Grocery Outlet, you're not that much of a bargain market anyways.

One of my go-to spots for last-minute snacks, drinks, or just seeing what kinda random deal they got. Love the treasure hunt feeling here. Found some top-tier energy drinks and random frozen meals I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Place stays clean and I can get in and out super quick. Can’t beat the prices when you’re trying to save a few bucks. Cashiers always fast and friendly too.

Love this store..not just because they have affordable prices but because of some of their employees..they are awesome! Especially a young lady in frozen department names Erica. WOW! She goes up and beyond helping her customers.I was upset with their return policy to regular shoppers there and she totally made it so I will keep coming back! Way to go Erica!!! 12/2025 super disappointed with new managent. How is it that one can spend hundreds of dollars and not be able to use the restroom!!?? I'm 52 and my bladder doesn't work like it use to. I asked a gentleman that knows I shop there a lot,Jose, if I could use the restroom,mind you my cart is full because I was almost done shopping and he says no. I was actually already dancing trying to hold it in and I looked at him a bit confused because I only really shop there and he said his boss said that costomers are not allowed to use the restroom. I didn't want to write this review but I had to because as embarrassing as this is to say,I couldn't hold it..I walked around the store wet and my leg brace got wet too..thank God that what I was wearing covered me a bit and I had to walk back 4 blocks with my shorts wet like a child that had an accident.. SHAME ON YOU GROCERY OUTLET!! I would give you 0 stars if I could!

Oh my goodness, I found some of the best cheese at this grocery outlet. If you need nothing else, go here for the cheese. I got the cheese flight. All three of the cheeses were fantastic, I picked up a french onion cheese and oh my goodness it was like having french onion soup without the soup, I even got a really nice piece of Parmesan with a thick rind. You never know what you're going to find at a grocery outlet.

They don't have any good deals anymore and cashier's are rude 🙁

Clean store reasonable pricing just watch out for Date on product parking sucks
