Whole Foods Market

I love Whole Foods on Cantrell. Such neatness!! Also, everything I need is so convenient. And the BeST CLaM CHOWDeR which I get to enjoy every time I have to return an AMaZON purchase 😀 That is after I shop at BeLKS and drum up an appetite or if I don't first eat at the greatest CHINESE Restaurant, Mr. Hui's, next to BeLKs. And then on my way out, a perfectly situated SHeLL station always offering the lowest gas prices. I have it made!

I noticed the juice tasted funny and they sold me a two week old juice and then said I would have to drive an hour and a half back to get a refund for $11. Having a ‘fresh’ product on the shelf that long is crazy. They didnt even ask what product it was to check the rest of the items on the shelf. I typically check expiration dates when shopping but guess I got too relaxed thinking I had nothing to worry about at WF. I was able to get help from online support.

Well you will not find COKE ZERO, however, they do have an awesome salad bar! Fairly priced! YUMMY!

I was VERY ILL recently. Called to see if I could get appt. They got me in quickly. I was very impressed with Ward who took excellent care and has great bedside manner. He was thorough and noticed that I had ear wax in my ear. He had his nurse clean out my ear and he finished the job. I have NEVER had this done and this impressed me. I ended up having pneumonia and a few days later had a telemed where I was given second round of antibiotics and coughing pearls which I NEVER heard of. They worked great! I am very grateful and recommend this clinic.

I do not support Amazon nor any wars, and I oppose activities that demoralize children and women. I have ceased shopping here and am boycotting the store. Instead, visit FRESH MARKET in Little Rock 💓.

It's one of my favorite grocery stores. You can find pretty much everything here. It's well organized and clean ( you can find avocados from under ripe to ripe , well organized to easily shop), and a variety of healthy snacks too. And really tasty pastries, they sell different kinds of mineral waters that we can't find somewhere else. Good quality products!

My family and I shop at Whole Foods about 5 out of 7 days a week, but today we had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience with an employee named Alexis at the Whole Foods Market on Bowman. My two sisters were looking at the water bottles when Alexis walked directly in front of them, began rearranging the bottles, and told them they were "messing them up." This was completely unnecessary and rude. There are countless aisles in this store with uneven shelves, misplaced items, and products left lying around, yet she chose to insert herself into a situation where customers were actively shopping. Her behavior showed a clear lack of professionalism, decorum, and basic customer service skills. She was disrespectful not only to my sisters but also to my mother. I do not appreciate my family being treated this way in a store where we are loyal, frequent customers. When she said she was going to get her manager, she did so carelessly and continued to antagonize us. From the back room, she was laughing, smiling, and waving at us, as if she knew she would not be held accountable for her behavior. That was incredibly unprofessional and disturbing. This was absolutely foul behavior, and I sincerely hope Whole Foods addresses employees who treat customers this way. No one should be spoken to impudently or mocked while simply shopping. I left one star only so I could post this review. Management needs to take situations like this seriously and correct behavior like this immediately.
