Cosentino's Price Chopper

Had a meat sale today. I think I got some old meat maybe it should have been discounted. Look good from the outside not good on the inside paid for extra fat? This is my store I’m there 3 times a week thus I am disappointed.

I go to this store all the time. My only real complaint is the timing of the hot case makes it hard sometimes to plan if I should get chicken, ribs or something else. They do a good job, and I think is a good place to get groceries. I think Walmart is using anti-trust practices which create some price issues. That said by mistake one time I picked up some berries that has a lose clasp, and they had it cleaned up before I could even let someone know what happened. The couple of times I had issues (over almost 10 years) they took care of it in a reasonable way. I'm not sure who uses reviews at stores like this, but this is a good place to get food.

Worst experience in my life. I went to price chopper to buy some meat, the cashier who checked me out seemed like he was having a bad day. He scanned my items and I noticed the savings on the meats wasn't added, so I told him and he put his hands up frustrated. So he proceed to take out the two items on the register but didn't scan the items again. I reminded him that the items were in the bag still and he didn't scan them yet. Then he an attitudes again . The he proceed to scan my items in a frustrated way. I could have just left with the items but that goes against my conscious. I can tell he was having a bad day but you are in customer service. Your customer just reminded you to scan the items and you freak out. This was the worst shopping experience in my life. It felt like I was bothering this guy.

I live in Independence but it’s worth the drive to shop here. It’s always clean and well stocked. Shout out to Daniel in self checkout. He is always very nice, helpful and professional.

Swung in last minute to get some balloons filled with helium for a birthday party in the floral department. Milissa filled them so fast and made the look like a work of art. They looked like something you would see at professional events where someone paid hundreds of dollars for balloon art. She also helped me find flowers that matched the ballons. All this and i got back to the party in time plenty of time. Milissa went way above and beyond. I always get such great service from all of the employees at this location

I’ve lived in the the Blue Springs, Lee’s Summit, Independence area for the majority of my life. This is the nicest Price Chopper in the area. Their Deli selection is filled with imported meats and cheeses, the liquor selection is top notch. If they don’t have what you want, they will be sure to order it at your request. August 25th I stopped in to do a little shopping and they had fresh cut flowers for $5 a bunch😀💐. I was able to send a little happiness to 3 ladies residing in a local senior living complex. I paid $10 to receive a priceless return of smiles.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the bakery team and Jacob in the bakery! They did an amazing job on my son’s 11th birthday cake. Thank you all so much!!!
