Kroger

Grocery pick up constantly gives expired produce. Hoping it improves because I live across the road from this Kroger now. I can't imagine having to drive to the Kroger further away, but their pick up does a lot better!

I’ve paid bills at this location a few times and Shelly is the only one who gives me a problem. She sends me away saying I can’t pay bills here and need to go to a western union storefront. I’ll just go to HEB and spend my money elsewhere 🤷🏻‍♂️. Their sushi is better anyways.

I have been revisiting this Kroger when Im in the area for shopping and getting gas since 2007. Today is November 26, 2023. First, to clear any misnomer, this is a larger version of Kroger but not a Kroger marketplace type of store like the one on West League City Parkway. They all usually have a decent deli and bakery department like this one. This is a large one here so you can find quite the variety of delicatessen and baked sweets. Like cakes, doughnuts, and pies.

For the last 3 months every pasta item we have gotten here has had weevils and while I get they come from another company to Kroger, the fact it is still sold off and without refunding our items despite bringing in the boxes themselves is ridiculous. Bread has been delivered moldy, pasta items have weevils from baby to mature adults and we have had many problems with stale drinks. I do not know how this store has been able to stay so "clean" while selling the most degraded infested items. I suggest avoiding buying drinks, pasta items especially the Mac and cheese shells and bread if you value your health.

Love this Kroger! It’s clean, organized and the isles are spacious. Checkout was quick and easy with the cashier being friendly. I’ve found my new place to buy groceries. Also the parking lot is easy to get in and out of with no issues.

I shop at this Kroger for all of my groceries all the time specifically because of its proximity to my house, cleanliness, organization and customer service. They are consistently friendly and helpful! Today, we had to stop in quickly for a small birthday cake and gift card. I was looking for about a minute, and Reva (sp?) behind the bakery counter asked what I was looking for and suggested some $6 cakes. Perfect! She then asked if we needed a happy birthday decoration. She had a small birthday pick to go on top... again, perfect for our situation! Really appreciated the help especially since we were in a hurry! This Kroger never disappoints! Low stress grocery shopping and competitive pricing. I also receive relevant coupons in the mail too. Highly recommend!

So clean, so friendly. Not only the employees but also the fellow customers. I have twins and grocery shopping with them isn’t always the easiest. Everyone in the store made me feel so welcomed! Brett answered a couple questions for me and went out of his way to look them up even. A+ for this store 👌🤣
