3.5/5 - Other than the wild and rude patrons in the parking lot driving like they own the joint, this spot was pretty mehh. I needed to return something from Amazon, and this place was an option. I came in on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised by their deals - BOGO 50% sushi, dollar oysters, $12 pizzas, $10 dozen roses, BOGO 50% charcuterie boards, and $10 tiramisu cakes. The store was clean, and the sushi looked pretty good. Pizza was out in the open, so it looked dry, and so did the rest of the hot food. Good selection of produce, meats, food, drinks, and products in general, although overpriced! A couple of tips: download the app or screenshot your Amazon Prime QR code beforehand, because I couldn’t get service inside the store. Had to step out a few times, which was a bit annoying.

I had an amazing experience at Whole Foods Market in Los Angeles! The store is clean, well-organized, and always stocked with fresh, high-quality products. From organic produce to freshly baked goods and specialty items, everything feels carefully curated. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to assist me in finding a few hard-to-locate items and even gave me great cooking tips! I especially appreciate the wide selection of vegan and gluten-free options, which makes healthy eating so much easier. The hot food bar and salad bar are also excellent—perfect for a quick, delicious lunch. Parking was convenient, and checkout was fast even during busy hours. Whole Foods LA truly lives up to its reputation. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch groceries and great service.

9:30 PM on Sunday is the best time to go because the employees have a happy hustle to help get you out of there quickly because they can’t wait to go home. The parking lot is drama free because there are none of the usually pretentious customers. Everyone is happy and cheerful, compared to how it normally is. I only go here for Amazon returns and usually I’m greeted by somebody very robotic that has nothing to say. They just scan the code and can’t wait for you to leave. This time I got to use the machine because nobody was there to help me at the Amazon return station and it was really great! The store is always clean so at least there’s that.

Very disappointed with my visit to Whole Foods yesterday. I choose to shop here knowing I’ll pay more — but I expect that higher price to come with better quality and trust. Unfortunately, I purchased shrimp that turned out to be spoiled, with smelled of chlorine and the meat I bought was not properly prepared — it still had membrane and fat flaps, making it unusable without extra work at home. This is unacceptable from a store that brands itself on freshness and premium standards. If you’re going to charge more, the quality must reflect it. Otherwise, you’re just overpriced — not premium. Please take this seriously. People shop here because they expect better. So be better.

Used to like Whole Foods a lot but not this location they don’t have EV charging stations other locations but for sure has a unique design. I hope they would consider adding free EV charging like fall town or Shell free charging fast charging would be great to.

I’m hoping that management keeps Their employees reviewing good customer service etiquette. And frankly, I think they do because I’ve never had a bad experience before (everyone in all the departments have been extremely helpful and pleasant) until the last time I was there a couple of weeks ago at the check out. My first instinct when confronted with an unnecessary reprimand is to walk away. I paid for my groceries and I haven’t been back since. I used to go there once sometimes twice a week. My friends all go to the Irvine store and with the holidays coming up, ordering the holiday meals from Whole Foods have been a godsend -Perhaps i’ll get a better reception there.

One of my top 3 grocery places. Fresh sourced produce. Super fresh seafood dept & a meat counter like no other. The baked bread is made fresh & has no preservatives. Also love the whole food bars with craft beer (including 0% alcohol), great burgers, salads, fish & chips as well as oysters on fridays.
