I love shopping at my local Ralph’s! I appreciate that they consistently have my favorite wine, 1,000 Stories Zinfandel in stock. It’s the little things like that that keep me coming back!

Very clean grocery store; grocery products had a very good selection. Was going there to pick up a couple of grocery items, so the Chobani that I bought was kind of a high price. Overall value to me was high.Very friendly and helpful. The employee at the self service checkout helped us out by checking us out on her own.

Sushi is always fresh. The staff are always friendly and make sure lines don't get too long. Produce is always very fresh and wide organic selection as well. Also very freeway accessible when need to stop on way somewhere.

Around 5-5:30pm today I went to the self-checkout, tired after a long day as a single mom, just wanting to get in and out so I could go home and cook. I scanned my bell peppers, which are currently sold in a large pack for $6. A helpful young man assisted me at the beginning of my checkout, and I wish I had gotten his name. I noticed the peppers rang up incorrectly as a single unit instead of the group price. If I hadn’t asked for assistance, it could have looked like I was being dishonest—something I would never do. He quickly fixed the error despite another woman rushing him to explain the price difference. Shortly after, I heard a woman named Cindy giving orders to him, and he left. I then needed to transfer money between accounts before paying. Cindy came over and asked if I needed help—which was fine the first time. I politely said I was okay. However, she soon came back, stood very close to me, and read my transaction out loud, saying, "Oh, you are doing multiple orders." I explained that I was not, but was simply using different cards. She walked away, only to return again and ask if I was sure I didn’t need help. By this point, I was already embarrassed, and I answered with some frustration that I just needed to transfer funds. Then she began looking into my bags. This was humiliating. I almost forgot my chicken and corn, and she remarked, "Oh, you bought two chickens," while peering into my bag again. I corrected her, saying I had one chicken and a pack of corn. I left the store feeling targeted, embarrassed, and nearly in tears. I spoke briefly with two of her coworkers, but I do not want to escalate this into a formal complaint—I simply want her to understand how hurtful and inappropriate her behavior was. I know theft happens, especially at self-checkout, but you cannot assume and target customers. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

I work late shifts so Ralphs being open till 1am is so convenient. All the late night staff is super nice & friendly and go out of their way to help. Unfortunately 1 stalker….I mean stocker has ruined my experience. He is a tall dude that instead of restocking the shelves he’s more focused on watching me & my grocery picks. I’ve caught him several times watching me around the corner & just the other night as I was about to go into the store he was standing outside & instantly turned so maybe I didn’t see him waiting for me. And no I’m not being paranoid, after observing someone’s creepy behavior at least 2’dozen times it’s pretty evident they’re a big creep. Again the other staff members are awesome!

They are not very helpful at the delivery. I got there right when deli opend and they seemed annoyed that I wanted sliced deli meat. Lady was almost offended that I asked. Never will go to that deli again.
