I love this store! The deli has great food and deli staff is incredibly friendly. The deals you find in the grocery store are way cheaper than other places. They do a great job keeping the store clean, neat, and organized. Most of the time you can get in and out as fast as you planned to. If you haven’t been here yet, stop in!

When did neighborhood grocery store Start charging convenience store and liquor store PRICES??!! The prices are ridiculous double for milk $5-$6 when it's $2.60-$3.00 @ Walmart and Aldi. The ice cream that is $3.99 elsewhere is $6.99 at Park Street market. The 2 for $6 chip sale for exact same ones is 2 for $9. That's just random stuff I was grabbing

was just here today with my disabled mother got treated horribly ‼️was told to MOVE HER AND MYSELF AROUND ‼️Because she was uncomfortable ‼️🙄Been coming here for years, never been treated so disrespectfully in my whole life for someone to work at this store and stand here and argue with a customer that they suppose to value ‼️about prices‼️ instead of checking on it, giving straight attitude and disrespect is unacceptable‼️Not only one employee but others decided to join in on the ignorance !!! Instead of doing there job !! To at the end of the day, ME.... be correct on what they claimed, the issue was ... to all my followers DONT SHOP HERE‼️‼️‼️

Gotta be the best store in Kalamazoo. Always a bright spot before the journey to the treacherous courthouse begins. Great market! Great BBQ, bumpin' music. I love it !

ZERO stars. They closed EARLY! I'm really upset right now. The community COUNTS ON LOCAL GROCERY STORES. I needed milk and eggs. I am so disappointed in this store and it's lack of dedication to the community. They are telling me that I don't matter and my experience is meaningless. Their posted hours state they are open until 8 pm. They should be open until 8 pm. And the worst thing? I have no recourse. They don't care. Nothing is going to change. It seems people don't want to do their jobs anymore. If they want their employees out by 8, then their posted hours should say they close at 7:45 pm. I can't go to another store. It took everything I had in me to get to this one. My back hurts so much, I can't stand to drive anywhere else. The worst part is they were at the door, locking up when I got to the door. They could have let me in. Actually, I'm wrong, I think ALDI still believes in excellent customer service. A while ago (maybe a year ago), I got there at 8, not knowing that's when they closed, and the gentleman locking the doors, graciously welcomed me in, and he didn't know I only needed one thing. Unfortunately, that's too far away for me, tonight. I just can't believe that this is acceptable. Awful experience. I'm really disgusted with this attitude, with the fact that people think it's okay, with all of it. Its amazing places like this can stay in business. But I'm only one individual that it impacts. And I, obviously don't matter.

If you’re in Kalamazoo looking for soul food, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this spot. If they haven’t run out of food, you still have to hope you won’t get skipped in line when someone they know walks in. The food can be really good on a good day, but it’s hit or miss — some days it’s flavorful, other days it’s just not the same. And to top it off, the service can feel unprofessional since they tend to prioritize regulars or familiar faces.
