Premium Super Market, Jackson Heights

We bought a fish today and have a guy cut pieces. We also paid tip to the guy who took 2 pieces of fish out of whole. After we clean the fish. we put the fish together like a puzzle and the fish didnt become a whole. We found out 2 parts are missing. One is before the tail and one is before the head.It was obviously got stolen. Total weight was 3.64 lb and the net weight became 2.3 lb. Dont let them cut or buy from somewhere else.

I never write bad reviews, but because one of the guys at the register was insane, I have to share my experience. I shopped for $120 and politely asked the guy to please pack my 15-pound beef meat pack in different bags. He didn’t listen and put it in the same bag. I again politely asked him, "Bhaia, I can’t carry it by myself. I don’t have a car; my mom and I have to walk home. Please put it in a separate plastic bag." He responded, "Apnar mon moto packet korte hole taka pay korte hobe." My mom replied, "If we can pay $120, do you think it would be an issue to pay 50 cents? Please pack it in a separate bag." Then he charged me. The problem is not about the money; it’s his rude and inhumane behavior. I don’t think I would ever go to Premium again. We always go there three times a month to do our monthly groceries and never experienced. Be kind it's free!

I asked for boneless beef, but they gave me this instead. This is not the first time it has happened. On another day, the cashier told me the pita would be chai pita, but when I opened it at home, it was a completely different type. When I questioned it, the man in the beef section became very angry and behaved in an unmannered and unprofessional way. This supermarket has terrible customer service. The cashier and the man working in the beef section should be fired.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but my experience at this grocery store was so disappointing. The meat department in particular is an absolute nightmare. The new staff behind the counter have some of the worst attitudes and completely unprofessional, bad mouthing customers all the time. Gets into argument with customers and hurls insults at them! They used to be one of the best but last few months their service got bad to worse. We stopped buying from them.

I buy those snack every week but most of the time I find real stone on them, they should be extremely carefully during production…

The worst meat I ever eat in my life. I got stomach aches, stomach problems and throw up for two days. I think the meat is already expired. My daughter too got the same problem a stomach aches along with diarrhea after she ate the meat from this store. I will never go again to buy any meat from your store. It was a nightmare experience.

Best place to buy premium quality meat and fresh with most reasonable price. Stuffs are well organized so easy to find. Can't recommend more this place to buy huge volume grocery items.
