Downtown Natural Market

This store is well stocked, beware of overpriced items that can be purchased elsewhere. Tates cookies, here it sells it for $7.99, other supermarkets in the neighborhood, its $4.99. The Manager is an impudent and unfriendly man, he's not a person who should manage a store. I asked him numerous times to stock a variety of Esti Hummus, he says ok - never does it. What is stocked, is there for weeks. Conversing with some of the employees is nil in English, the women at the check out register are helpful. There are other stores with a more friendly and helpful vibe, who I prefer to support financially. I had a coupon from Hain products for their soup. I went to Downtown Market, chose the soup I wanted. When I got to the register, the assistant manager was called why the coupon did not work. She scanned it several times. I left the store without the product. Next day I went to Key Food and the coupon worked, and I was able to get the soup. This shows me, Downtown, Jackson Heights store is sketchy in their practices and not geared in a good way to customers. I decided not to shop in this store ever again.

I recently visited Downtown Natural Market and was impressed by its cleanliness and wide selection of products. They always have promotion for customers. The staff was friendly, and I had a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Great, though frequently fluctuating, inventory of natural products. I’m rating this so low because I use a wheelchair and every time I go in the aisles get narrower and narrower. When I’ve raised this to the management the response was, "What do you want me to do?" (Said by the owner). This is not ADA compliant.

Anyone who cares about their health should take note. There was no Whole Foods Market near my house, so I had it delivered, but I was glad that there was an Organic Market in Jackson Heights. Organic foods and various vitamins are recommended if you live near Jackson Heights. The prices are higher than regular supermarkets.

When you order through doordash almost 3/4 of the items they have listed as available they never have.Like every time you try,even if it's morning or evening when you order. The dasher always has to message me pictures that the store never has the items listed on doordash and it's been like this for the past 2 years. I wish the store would update their inventory properly cause it's so annoying spending the extra fees and the dasher shows up with 1/4 of your order and you have to chat with them for 20 minutes sometimes while they shop as they feel bad the store not having most things and ask you if you'd like replacements.

Loved it here, they had natural soaps, and spicy pickles!! 5 ingredient sourdough bread for $5 and they accept EBT SNAP aawwwww yeaaaaa

This place carries so many healthy & vegan things. Nice little loose grains/cereals by the pound next to the produce section. I started coming here for the full array of miyoko's kitchen vegan cheeses (which they sadly don't always have anymore), i keep coming back for the forager project yogurts and everything else.
