I had a very good experience at Whole Foods in Irving 🌿 I bought one veggie pizza and one cheese pizza that were ready to bake 🍕 Both pizzas tasted excellent and fresh. The quality of the ingredients really stood out to me. They use organic ingredients, from the dough to the mozzarella cheese 🧀 The vegetables tasted fresh and natural. Most of the ingredients are organic, which I really liked. The cheese tasted very natural and organic. It didn’t feel salty or artificial at all. You can clearly taste the quality in the food. I was very satisfied with my purchase 😊 I highly recommend Whole Foods to anyone looking for organic products. Based on my experience, it’s definitely worth shopping here 👍

I shop at this Whole Foods location at least twice a week, so I’m a frequent and loyal customer. Overall, I appreciate the help that’s given when I ask questions, but lately it’s felt like the way customer service is delivered could use improvement. When I don’t see a specific product on the shelves, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask if there’s more in stock or when it might be available again. If an item is out, it would be helpful if associates could let customers know whether it’s temporarily unavailable, discontinued, or expected back on a certain date. That information makes a big difference for regular shoppers who plan meals around specific products. During checkout, the clerk was polite and did speak, which I appreciated. However, when completing a transaction, a simple "thank you" and confirmation that the receipt has been emailed would go a long way in making the experience feel more customer-focused. Because I shop here so often, I really hoped that the service would feel a bit more people-oriented and welcoming. I value this store and want it to succeed, but consistent, friendly communication would make the experience much better.

To the female cashier with the half head shaved..I hope you are treating customers better than the way you treated me today, you overcharged me for the wrong item and put heavy items in one paper bag. No common sense at all! People better check your receipts before you leave this store!

Very large market with an assortment of ready to eat and packaged food, supplements, water etc. It would be great if they had spring water to be dispensed at their machines. Dallas and area has had fluoridated water sense 1966 so every time I come here I have to try to find spring water. The staff seemed a little overworked and they all seemed quite busy.

I just moved to Irving and this grocery store is so convenient! I can grab lunch at my favorite restaurant and come here to get a freshly baked dessert afterwards. It's always clean and they have an Amazon kiosk inside. Bonus tip: they have THE best selection of hot food items for a quick dinner when you don't feel like cooking.

A lot of items are out of stock all the time. It’s not unusual to see empty fridge section. I hope they can do better restocking things. In general good location and high quality products.

went to return some items but i forgot to answer the questions on amazon so i stepped aside to go do that really quick and she was also helping me out with the qr codes on my phone while she also was helping others and one of the girls came back and very loudly and in front of me said "do we have a new employee?" (meaning me) and the girl who was helping me out said "no she’s just-" and got cut off and the other girl said "i’m gonna ask you to step to the other side" so i moved back in line and she tossed the items across the table and even her co worker said "don’t come in here tossing my items." she was just being very rude for no reason she could’ve just asked me to move instead of making comments
