Kashu makes the best pani puri and chatpate! The flavors are perfectly balanced—spicy, tangy, and fresh in every bite. You can really taste the effort and love put into the food. Absolutely delicious and always satisfying. Highly recommend!

Today I had pani puri at India Bazaar in Valley Ranch, and it was absolutely delicious. It honestly reminded me of the taste back home. The server, Kasu, was very kind and made the pani puri perfectly. We will definitely be coming back for more!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at India Bazar! The store is very well organized, has a huge variety of Indian groceries, fresh produce, spices, snacks, and everything you could need under one roof. The quality of products is always great and the prices are very reasonable, especially with their frequent deals. A special shout-out to Surakcha Poudel, who works there — she is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She patiently guided me through different products, explained options, and helped me find the best deals and value for money. Because of her, shopping felt easy and stress-free. Customer service like this really makes a difference. I truly appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I’ll definitely continue shopping here. Highly recommend India Bazar — and if you need help, ask for Surakcha Poudel!

India Bazaar was a really good store.Unfortunately it has slowly and steadily deteriorated. The produce which was once good now is mediocre at best. The freezers and frozen food have a smell, you can smell the freezer burn. The bring in newer brands constantly but have a hard time restocking the same products.Lack of consistency is irritating. Their prices have gone up considerably and quality has gone down. There are plenty of other stores so you’d think they would be better. I’m glad they took the restaurant out.The space it occupied was annoying and crowded the already cramped space. They have the ability to fix the aisles and clean the store which they don’t. The workers are constantly working in the day when the customers are in and block up the already narrow aisles. The cashiers are rude and unhelpful. The customer service is even worse. Don’t get me started on the carts! They don’t have any that are nice nor clean. They are almost rusted,One of these days they will hurt someone and maybe then IB will wake up and replace them.Really disappointed with this store.

Indian Bazaar near MacArthur is usually crowded but that is normal because many people from the community shop here. Weekday mornings are much better and not crowded so that is the best time to visit if you want to shop calmly. The Indian vegetables are usually fresh and good quality although they feel a little expensive compared to a few other Indian stores around Dallas. One thing to watch is the billing. It happened to us once out of around fifteen visits where there was a small mistake but when we noticed it in the receipt and walked back in they corrected it immediately without any issue. Overall this store is convenient for quick Indian groceries and fresh produce especially when visited at the right time.

India Bazar Valley Ranch has one of the worst return policies and staff attitudes I’ve ever experienced. They advertise offers loudly, but within 2 hours the items are magically "out of stock." If you don’t know how to manage inventory or promotions, then don’t run fake offers in the first place. This feels misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff behavior is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of explaining or apologizing, they act like customers are the problem. Their return policy is rigid and customer-unfriendly, with zero flexibility—even when the issue is clearly on their side. Running a grocery store is not just about stocking items; it’s about basic customer service and honesty. If India Bazar doesn’t know how to manage promotions or treat customers with respect, they should either learn how to run a business or take lessons from competitors like Patel Brothers, who actually understand inventory management and customer satisfaction. I will not be returning here, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time, money, or dignity.

The store sells expired and infested products. I bought a pack of dry chilies, and when I opened it, it was completely infested with bugs.
