The best and top quality to-go sushi/ sashimi I’ve ever had, though you need to come early enough or they’ll be out of a ton of food after lunch time. The fish tasted so fresh and came at a great price. Other options include sweet Japanese eggs (tamagoyaki), grilled eel, chirashi (sashimi rice bowl), and sashimi grade fish that you can cut at home. The store also offers a wide variety of Japanese snacks and pantry items.

Great Japanese grocery store. From vegetables to cooked meals. The produce section is not really big but will cater to your basic needs regarding the preparation of a basic meal. Great selection when it comes to soy sauces and Japanese dressings. After 5pm you will not find any precooked dish. Expenditure is about $$ to $$$. Worth the trip.

This market has fresh produce, grocery items, sushi, poke, and other great lunch options. I recommend coming before the lunch rush, around 10–11 a.m., since options can be limited afterward. I love this market and will definitely keep coming back!

I love this place! Although it's a small to medium sized grocery store, what I like the most is the fresh fish and variety if ready to go meals. The sushi bowls are my favorite. I also like to get the thinly sliced beef, hot pot broth, and ramen to make a homemade bowl. Cool place to get japanese snacks too.

A lovely little store with impressive variety, though if you want freshly made food, it's best to arrive before the afternoon.

We love to stop at Seiwa when in Houston to grab some food. Sushi saku blocks available to make your own sushi or sashimi. It can be a bit pricey depending on what you choose.

A small store that sells a bunch of unique Japanese snacks and other items. Though, I went at 5 pm and they did not have any more sushi?? The main reason I wanted to come here was to try some Japanese foods but almost everything in that section as well as the bakery was sold out.
