It's a pretty laid-back facility regarding receiving and shipping. The store opens at 8:00a.m. but the receiving starts at 9:00 a.m. The gate to let the deliveries in opens up at 9:00 They are pretty fast regarding offloading.

In my opinion, having a membership from Sun's wholesale club is really worth it. This is the place where I get to buy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Mexican chayote, eggplants, and herbs like lemon grass because of a lower price compared to buying them at any other markets or grocery stores. I find a lot of frozen meat products that I liked, particularly the pork belly with skin on and a lot of frozen seafood sold at larger quantities. Although this store is busier because of its location and lots of customers too.

Just bought 12 Boxes of Plastic platters from this place. Turned to be defected ( Lid won’t close ) I returned 11 boxes -since i opened one already. And yet they charged me a crazy percentage of restocking fee. I have been doing business with this place for over 3 years & this is the first time I returned something, just to find out that i have to pay a restocking fees for a defected item. Update, your reply says ‘next time speak to a manager’ just to make you sound professional for public. Well, I did speak to the manager & she insisted that this is your return policy, even when you sell a defected item. & when i told her that will result in changing my review to a 1-star all she had to say was "OK". I just want to suggest looking at my account and see how much i spent at your place in the last 3 years. I will make sure to take my business somewhere else.

Suns is the place to go to buy in bulk, and a great place to shop if you are thinking of opening a new restaurant. They sell all types of pots and pans, dishware, cookware, and to-go food containers. Suns also carries food in bulk so you can stock up the kitchen. Suns does not carry tables and chairs but pretty much everything else you would need. Office supplies and cleaning products are available here as well

This supermarket’s service has gotten worse and worse. The cashier’s attitude was incredibly condescending, making me feel looked down upon. They split my cart of items into two separate carts for easier scanning and counting but didn’t bother to put everything back into one cart afterward. Instead, they told me to find a man in the parking lot to help me. After loading the first cart into my car, I couldn’t find this "helpful man" anywhere, so I had to go back to get the second cart myself. Meanwhile, the staff were standing around chatting and laughing, completely ignoring me and even giving me cold stares. As a customer who spends an average of $800 here, I expected much better service and support. Additionally, as a consumer, I believe this treatment is not only poor service but also potentially illegal. Customers have the right to fair and respectful treatment, and this experience falls far short of that standard. I urge the management to address this issue to ensure no other customers have to endure such mistreatment.

Everything is sold in bulk. Not everything is cheap though even though you buy them in bulk. You need to know your prices. Mainly groceries imported from asian countries are cheaper here.

This place is great, having almost everything that you need for restaurants , fully stocks, organized and fresh vegetables.
