My family has gone here before and they were always so excited to go. I’ve actually had a chance to go this time and i wish i would’ve come sooner. They have A LOT of items in the store to choose from. I found 99% of the viral TikTok items that I’ve wanted to try! I spent almost two hours shopping because it’s so many things to buy and try out. Last but not least , the food court is AMAZING!!! They have so many different options of food to try. I had steamed and fried dumplings and sweet garlic chicken. Their dumplings are the BIGGEST dumplings I’ve ever had in my life! I went broke coming out of here lol. So I suggest if you’re interested in trying this place out , put money aside and have a set budget. Because i went a little crazy in here lol. 10000/10 recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back to shop.

Great market with Asian eateries inside. Everything is clean and fresh. Great place to shop.

Great food court, lots of options. Bring a sweater, they keep the AC on high!

I visited the Bellaire location over a week ago and made the journey to this location 2 days ago. The store was clean, had less traffic because I went on a weekday vs the weekend like I did when I went to the Bellaire location, and it seemed to be more organized. The Bellaire location had more variety of the product I was searching for. But I still ended up getting some other goodies at this location!

Very disappointed in quality control. Bought lychee on Sunday afternoon and opened Tuesday morning to pack it in my son’s lunchbox to find it all moldy. I bought marinated pork which said it was good for another week. Cooked it Tuesday morning, packed lunch for myself and my son. It was sour. It was bad. I had to worry all day thinking my four year old son was going to have food poisoning. Thankfully he ate one bite and didn’t like the taste and he didn’t eat it. I wanted to give hmart a chance to make up for it and sent an email about it. They did not respond at all. This is not the first time. I’ve bought strawberries and next day when I opened the top where it showed was perfectly fine but underneath was all moldy. As a Korean that grew up with hmart back in New York, I’ve never encountered such bad quality of the food. Here in longpoint location I’ve gotten such poor quality produce time and time again. From now on I’m just not going to purchase any produce or fresh goods here.

Can’t think without computer. System says $5.49 for 1 can of mango. Same brand, different flavors ring up as $1.49. The manager should be someone with common sense and have the authority to override a system error instead of making the customer feel as though they are trying to get over.

Such an amazing selection! Love the little food court with various restaurants to try at the front of the store. The employees are very nice and helpful. We will definitely be returning, especially for the freshly made lobster kimbap!
