Vietnam Plaza Grocery Store

Well this is just a little bit outside of Fort Worth off of Beach Street or else it's on Beach Street. I forgot, but it has a lot of things. Filipinos, Vietnamese and other Asian communities would probably find helpful for their diets. Their produce looks pretty good. I saw pickled eggs in there. A lot of other things including balut. They also have some cookware rice bowls every kind and other trinkets and decorative items on the left side of the wall that you might want. I use photos though.

The store itself was clean and well-organized, and I had no trouble finding the items I was looking for. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was extremely disappointing. When I moved to an open register, the cashier completely ignored me, turning her back, laughing with others, and continuing to disregard me despite other staff already assisting an elderly customer. When she finally scanned my items, she did so without facing me, speaking to me, or even telling me my total. I don’t expect over-the-top customer service, but basic acknowledgment goes a long way. The way I was treated felt intentional and unwelcoming. With the store nearly empty, it was especially discouraging. I’ll be sticking with my usual market where customers are at least acknowledged and treated with basic respect.

Cute little gem 💎. I went just for my Pho ingredients....has a little bit of everything.

They always send my money promptly and no issues. Mygirl can't, no id yet. Cool store

I really only come here for their jackfruit and when Nguyen Loi is closed. Their fruits are displayed nicer and appear more fresh than some Asian grocery stores nearby. Otherwise, the cashiers can be very quiet/ cold. Not even a smile sometimes. ☺️ And their conveyor belt at the register do not work, sometimes. Had to push my products closer to the cashier after the person before me checked out. But that's okay. They sell a few things that other stores might not offer in Fort Worth. Check them out!

Love this place. Lots of different foods! Some cross-food-ingredients!

It was my first time there. It is all dirty. I got some choy and when I cleaned it to cook, there were so many little bugs and worms in it. People working there also don’t want any other people than their own kinds. The cashier didn’t even say hello. When I said hello she didn’t even respond. She scanned all the items but didn’t even say the total. Again I asked the total and no response. I looked at the total and paid and she shoved my receipt on the bag. Didn’t say Thank you or good day or come back. Nothing. The meat and seafood section is nasty. Not going there back again for sure.
