Patel Brothers

I got Tindora today, from this store Patel bros in Garden City, Michigan 1/3 of the vegetable was overripe and not usable and I had to throw it away. I put a picture attached Not expected this from Patel bros who has a good reputation of selling only fresh vegetables

A friend of mine is from India and while he asked me to take him to Meijer and Kroger for general items he really like Patel Brothers as they carry a full.line of groceries for Indian cuisine. So we are here and he is stocking up on the foods he loves. Thanks GPS for making the trip easy. We appreciate you.

Great place for imports and other awesome products you cannot find at normal grocery stores! Highly recommend

Bought Basil drops in September 2025 just saw it today they sold me expired drops expired in April .... Disgusting

I am happy to see my favorites vegetables in USA and thanks for servicing them. I know some south asian vegetables, fruits, spices and other items are very limited in USA but luckily those products are available here with reasonable prices. Location also perfect, no issues with parking. Not much crowded places and customer service is appreciated. Thanks for maintaining such a valuable business in this area.

Patel Brothers has been my source of BBQ spices for my entire life. If you Smoke or BBQ foods, then you know how much spice you go through. Patel Brothers has big bags of all the spices you need, saving you a fortune over what you would pay for those little bottles at Kroger. Don't buy those expensive cans of BBQ rub, make it fresher at home. They are pretty helpful to white people, so don't be afraid to ask. Good selection of fresh vegetables too. Recommended.

The cashier lady has a very unwelcoming attitude towards the customers. For the Maggi cuppa noodles, the plastic has been cut open at the bottom of all the cups and the expiry date is missing on all of them. Pretty shady in my opinion. Several expired products are placed in the aisles. Beware of this and check the expiration date on everything you buy from this place. I'm pretty sure something's fishy with the way the expiry date is missing so conveniently.
