H Mart is spacious and has such a wide variety of products. There’s a fresh bakery inside, and I noticed so many authentic Korean items — they even have a special corner for gomjip dishes! The meat and fresh food section is impressive, everything is neatly arranged, and the bright lighting makes the shopping experience really pleasant. They also have a great selection of fresh sashimi — so many options that you don’t even need to go to a Japanese restaurant! 🍣🛒✨

I am absoutely furious. I purchased a seafood pancake from this H mart and found a RUBBER BAND cooked inside the food. This is not a small mistake - this is a serious food safety failure. This dish was meant to be served to guests at my grandson's 1st birthday celebration. Imagine the humiliation ad shock if one of my guests - or worse, a child - had bitten into a rubber band. This could have caused choking, injury, or worse. This is absolutely no excuse for foreign objects ending up in prepared food. The fact that something like this made it through preparation, cooking, and packaging shows a complete lack of quality control and care. When customers buy prepared food, they are trusting that basic safety standards are being followed. That trust was completely broken. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I will not be purchasing prepared food from this company again, and I strongly warn others to think twice before serving this food to their families or guests.

This place has nice environments okay customers service good fish good food court. Not going there often as the price wise is not so attractive and no special things that may attract me to go. Many other options near me unless something special I may need. The kimchi is not as good as Korea corner. Green onion is not as good as lotte. But their chicken and fish are much better.

The Fuji apples I bought by the box keep turning out rotten inside. I’m on my third one, and as you can see in the picture, they all look like this. They looked fine on the outside, which is why I bought a whole box. I already threw away the box and receipt, so I can’t return them, but I’m really upset. Please remove them from sale so others won’t end up buying them.

Bad experience! I purchased an electric pot 3 months ago, which no longer works. The manager refused to do anything. The electric pot looks perfect but the quality is bad. Be careful with your purchase in this shop. The female customer service staff is rude and mean.
