Looking forward to having Tika Masala with yellow rice today at 1:45 PM. Disappointed for the following reasons: 1. No naan was available. 2. Yellow rice was overcooked (or undercooked). Every bite was crunchy. 3. Hardly any chicken in the Tika Masala. 4. When asked for the manager of the department to show the state of the rice and express my concerns, he said there was nothing he could do about it due to the rice overheating in their warming containers. His arguing with me didn't help. I wasn't looking to get anything out of this. I did expect him to acknowledge the problems and commit to see what could be done to improve. However, I couldn't even get that satisfaction. This isn't a store I frequent but will surely try to avoid in the future. My favorite is Wegman's where customers' opinions and suggestions matter by employees who take pride in their work.

They suck. I'm so tired of wasting my time here. You keep picking up the hot bar and salad bar earlier and earlier. Use to be you picked up at closing (9pm) then it keep getting earlier you get there and it's all picked up. So I ask what time is the pickup food time, I'm told 8pm. Tonight I get there early(7:25pm) and again there picking up. This picture is 7:26 pm over 1/2hr before 8pm 1/2 the hot bars gone, there picking up the salad bar. I total repeated waste of my time. You need to stick to your schedule.

I’m giving 5 stars solely because of Joe (apologies if I misspelled your name) from the seafood section. On 12/29, we purchased 2.4 lbs of Spanish mackerel and requested it be cut into thin steaks. Unfortunately, the night shift missed the "thinly sliced" request and cut the fish into thick pieces instead. We didn’t realize this until about two hours before our guests were scheduled to arrive for lunch on 12/30, when we opened the package to start cooking. The thick cuts were unusable for our recipe. When we called the store, the manager offered a refund if we returned the fish. However, when we went back, Joe stepped in and helped us get the fish thinly sliced as originally requested. He truly saved the day - we had planned a specific dish, and Spanish mackerel is not easy to find, especially on short notice. Thanks again, Joe. You rock! 🤘😎

I have been here on 24 Jan to buy some bakery and other stuff at around 3.10pm. Lady in bakery was very rude, she didn't provide satisfied service which disappointed me. I am not coming to this store to get this type unprofessional service. Just to note that florist at this store is awesome one of the reason I like to come to this store.

Another great store. I regularly buy the Original unsweetened Soy milk and snacks. Definitely try the baked good. The sourdough breads are excellent and vegan baked goods are a delight!

Gorgeous, contemporary, upscale food and beverage store. Exceptional quality foods, including prepared foods. Vast selection of foods. Impressive selection of excellent quality wines. Customer service extraordinary! I highly recommend this store!

We’re frequent shoppers at Whole Foods, especially for their fresh produce. Today, we decided to pick up a whole chicken and headed to the butcher counter to have it cut into small pieces. Matt, who helped us, was fantastic. We mentioned it was for a curry, and he knew exactly what that meant—he expertly chopped it into perfect portions, just the way we like it. His attention to detail and friendly service made the experience even better. Thanks, Matt!
