Dear H Mart Management, I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at your store. At the food sampling area, one of your staff members displayed obvious discriminatory behavior: • She only served Korean customers and ignored others. • When we politely asked her about the food, she said she could not speak English. However, she continued to serve a lady wearing purple with no issue. • There were no samples on the table, but she directly opened a new package to give to that lady, while refusing to serve the children who had been waiting in line. When I asked why, she simply said she "didn’t see them." • Moreover, she even used impolite gestures toward my child. I could not find a manager in the store at that moment, so I am reporting this matter through this letter. I am not asking for any special treatment, but I sincerely hope that H Mart will ensure fair and equal service to all customers, and maintain the good reputation and values that your company represents. Additionally, the staff member is actually able to speak Mandarin, so the excuse of not being able to communicate does not seem valid. I kindly ask that you review the surveillance footage to confirm what happened. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

After food shopping, we usually go to a fast food place to eat. They updated. It looks great. And clean. * * When you order food to dine in. Remember, there is no more water to drink. You need to buy it now.

Two different eggs from one carton; I am sure some customers took the best eggs (Vital Farms Organic) after replacing it with cheap ones, but for health/safety issues, this needs to be controlled:)

Great place to get fresh Grocery and food . Outside in parking lot a lady sell wonderful home plants. please take a look i bought few

Korean grocery with large selection of Korean and other Asian foods, produce and ready made meals. I love the vegetables for bimbop! It’s a great place to stock up on all the spices and sauces you need. Clean and well stocked.

Don’t remove my review. There is not a single normal whole bunch of grapes, and the damaged grapes are sold in deceptive packaging.

On 9/23/25 at 4am, they unfortunately had a huge 3 alarm fire which wiped out the store. My family loved HMart and their friendly staff. We hope they can recover from this sad tragedy.
