I have been shopping at this supermarket for over three years, spending thousands on groceries. After I paid today, I realized I forgot to ask for a paper bag. I asked the cashier if I could get one, and she told me she had mentioned it. But because she had a mask on, maybe I didn’t hear her clearly. I asked if I could give the 5 cents tomorrow, since I’m a regular customer—people know me, and I come one or two times a week with my family. Still, she didn’t care. I had to run out to my car just to get the 5 cents and give it to her. After all these years, I expected better customer service. Five cents shouldn’t be such a big deal, especially for a loyal customer who comes so often. Sadly, I don’t know if I’ll keep coming here after this experience.

As someone who loves Korean food! This supermarket is so amazing! In the entrance they have all kind of kitchen supplies and Korean cosmetics and then the fresh fruits and vegetables! The whole aisle for sauces, snacks, drinks but the area I like the most is the area of prepared Korean side dishes and all kind of marinated meats for Korean BBQ!!! I wish I could brought the whole supermarket back with me!!! The experience shopping here is enjoyable. Also they sell all kind of Korean gingseng drinks

My Favorite Spot for Groceries! ​I absolutely love shopping here. The store is always sparkling clean, which I really appreciate. They have an amazing selection of fresh produce and high-quality products that you can't always find elsewhere. It truly feels like a "shopping paradise." The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

This is a clean and well organized place with many friendly employees. It is very hard to find parking so you have to be patient and keep that in mind. Especially since the other location in Flushing had a fire and customers and employess are now going to this one location. The complaints about parking is hilarious. It's a packed area with limited parking, just like any other place in Flushing/ Queens. If you're not on premises then of course the car will be towed. It would be like that for most places with a similar set up. Also, it's a KOREAN supermarket, why are people making nasty comments about someone for a Korean employee speaking Korean? Maybe that's their defualt language.

They monitor people using parking lots and try to tow a car if someone leaves the premises for even a few seconds. I shopped at Hmart and picked up my food at the restaurant in the plaza. A minute later, three guys were about to tow my car. Fortunately, I could stop it but they charged me $140ish for it. Indeed, I saw them towing more than 5 cars just in 30 minutes. Never go nearby to this place. They are monitoring people every second, including their customers, and ready to tow a car in a minute.

Horrible cashier!!! One of the Korean guy so rude. He just talk with Korean by himself during the checkout. Probably crazy already.

Trouble parking situation and towing business here is real. I saw at least 3 cars towed in the span of 15 minutes, and also the towing people getting into your car and taking it away with no notice... you're going to come back confused and with your car missing like so many people. You will have to call the tow company number to get your car back & pay a fee. Hmart here isn't even that amazing and I have definitely been to way better hmarts. Save yourself time and money and take your business somewhere else, away from this plaza ! I used to come here a lot, but definitely regret coming back here. Not worth it!
