Sam's Club

Sam's Club is a massive warehouse with surprisingly well-organized aisles and ample space to navigate comfortably. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The vast selection of products offers incredible value, especially for bulk purchases. A must-visit for savvy shoppers!

Clean facility, spacious, and well stocked. Large selection. Helpful staff. Check out process is usually quick. The fuel station is set up for low confusion and congestion. If they have lines, they move quickly. Vehicles move one way.

Lots of items at super great prices! It's absolutely worth the membership! From electronics to food items, a great pharmacy to clothing, pet food to light bulbs! This place has it all! Even specialty items like some home decor and swings for the kids! If you have children at home for the Summer then this place is definitely the place to shop for snacks, food, pool floats, anything and everything! Not to mention the great gas prices you get with your membership!

Just visited Sam's Club in Dothan, AL. While shopping, found the smoked whole turkeys were marked as $20 off per package, so decided to get one. When I got to the checkout, it rang up as the regular price of $42.73. When I asked why the discount was not taken, she scanned the item and said that was the correct price. The old bait and switch. I wonder how many people paid full price without noticing? I did not take the turkey. When I came home, I looked online at the price and it was $30 off per piece! I put one in my cart and at the checkout it showed the discount correctly, but I'm not driving all the way back to pick it up; it's over 20 miles. This is a pretty slimy practice.

Two things I dislike, not telling the truth and bad customer service. Your tire department scored 100% on both today. The woman answering the phone in tires was one of the rudest people I have encountered. She was annoyed having to deal with me, perpetuated a lie that I told was wrong and then hung up the phone on me. I was buying 4 high end tires but the wrong ones came in. I just went somewhere else.

I’ve been a member for years and decided to try the pickup and delivery services for the first time. Unfortunately, both attempts were disappointing. Pickup: The order was simple—canned goods and bottled items, nothing fresh or frozen. My pickup time was 2:00 PM. I arrived at 1:50 PM and checked in through the app. By 2:00 PM, nothing. Then 2:15 PM. Then 2:30 PM. Other customers were getting their orders while I continued waiting. I double-checked the order and my check-in status, and everything was correct. At 2:45 PM, still nothing. I finally called customer service, only to find out they had never pulled my order. I cancelled and left. Delivery: Another basic order—drinks, canned items, plus two rotisserie chickens. My delivery window was 1:00–2:00 PM, when I’d be home. Instead, the order showed up at 7:23 PM—more than six hours late—and the rotisserie chickens were missing. Instead, there was a handwritten note on a torn piece of paper that said, "the loaders said they sold out of chickens, sorry." Considering how late the order arrived, that’s no surprise.
