Publix Super Market at Westway

I went last night 11/25/25. I was in search of a few items, fresh rosemary and thyme being two of them. I was on the phone, saying they didn’t have it so I’d have to go somewhere else and I DID NOT want to do that. I went on my way to get my other items and I hear "ma’am" a few times so I turn around and there was a man holding fresh rosemary. I don’t know if he was heading the way I was going or came to find me, but I really appreciated that. He also had the fresh thyme as well. Something so simple made my night. I think he was a manager. 10/10 customer service 💕

I really like this Publix. Always fresh food and sushi available at the deli and seafood counter. Even though there are always a lot of people here, checkout has a lot of employees, and they get you out quick.

Prices are high but staffing is great. Love the service compared to Walmart & Target, actually have employees. Don't stop what you are doing.

Best grocery store in town. Well kept. Professionally polite attitude by staff. Good pharmacy. Always check here for fresh citrus and vegetables.

Med were called in by urgent care Tuesday they said they were ready Tuesday night. And when I drove down to pick them up for my daughter and 2 of her kids with Covid Meds was not ready Wednesday. So then they put it off and she was able to get it Thursday. They need to step up...

Ordered 2 sub trays. A Cuban tray and a boarshead tray. Order was ready on time and with the quality and taste you expect from pubsubs. Excellent.

Did a catering order a week in advance. 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up, they call to tell me they just realized they were completely out of my largest tray request. All the manager, Justine, could say was Yes ma’am, I’m sorry. No advanced checking and making arrangements with another store…nothing. Will not be ordering deli catering again.
