Natural Grocers

Good stop for organic groceries, and they often have things that are fun and even cheap as you transition from processed junk food to healthier eating. They have filtered water, organic produce, great frozen food, and lots of fun snacks.

This used to be a fantastic place to shop for quality foods, fruits, and vegetables… Now, I have to watch out for the dates on your food products at this location. I bought a jar of Wildbrine sauerkraut yesterday and after eating about half of it, I noticed the best by date was for 01/2025. Today is 10/28/2025 and this is unexceptionable guys. The manager Royse was friendly but thankfully I kept my receipt of purchase.

Emily at this location in Denton was amazing!!! Went above and beyond in explaining/helping me sign up for the Rewards program. Also offered me a box and made sure I got the extra free bag promo!! This place had VERY good deals worth driving a 1/2 hour to get!! Stocking up on meat & eggs all organic, free range and HEALTHY!

This store has gone severely downhill over the past couple of years. The new reviews feel staged by the company or employees. It feels like everyone there is just there for a paycheck and things get put on the shelf just wherever they fit and not where it makes sense. They need to hire merchandisers or bring back whoever used to be there. They're constantly understaffed, the shelves are perpetually empty, I have to check expiration dates on everything now, and I'm met with attitude and rudeness when I ask if something is in the back, even though it often is. I'm not sure what happened but I used to feel welcome and look forward to shopping but now and everyone knew my name - now I feel like a stranger and I feel dread and am thankful a new Sprouts opened up down University Dr. so I can just go there when I feel like driving a couple extra miles. It took me a while to realize just how bad it's gotten but today, looking around and the absurdity of things sharing a shelf and the plastic strips everywhere just broken and terrible looking... I just don't even know. I guess I'm done shopping at NG. sad face.

I had the most wonderful experience here at Natural Grocers, thanks to Grey, the most wonderful, caring, and personable employee/human being! Shout out to them! ❤️

This store is so much better now. They finally have staff that looks at the front, assists cashiers, and helps customers. Still really expensive, but the quality of care for the customer is so much better than a few years back.

Great store. Prices are high, but that is to be expected for healthy food. They did overcharge me for 8 items that were on sale. It was an overcharge of $16. Send a message regarding this overcharge via their website. Update: **STILL WAITING FOR CORPORATE TO RESPIND TO MY EMAIL IN REGARDS TO BEING OVERCHARGED $16** I have yet to receive a response.
