Braum's Fresh Market

Kayla was amazing she went all out for me when someone else was denying one of my items, it was a chocolate fudge brownie sundae, and I wanted to make it into a shake and a guy wasn’t trying to do it, but she went all out and did it for me and I appreciate her

Came into have breakfast as we do every Sunday. Horrible service and Nick has about as much personality as watching grass grow! We stood inline for over 5 minutes. He rudely comes up and starts changing the signs from breakfast to lunch. No hello no acknowledgment!!! We will stick to the one on 380 from now on… do not eat here!!

Took forever to get my order and i saw an employee just on their phone like they didnt care at all. When the bag of junior cheeseburgers finally came. one of them had mayo on it while the others did not. Looks like some idiot messed up and no one bothered to fix it. I also ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo meal and the tray they served it on had a bit of mayo on it so it obviously wasnt cleaned before they served it. If they cant wash dishes, wonder how dirty the food is. Honestly not impressed and probably wont be back. the braums on university is MUCH better in my experience.

We ordered ice cream sundaes in the drive through. Somehow they didn’t have our order when we pulled up. They apologized and took our order. When we pulled up to the second window we were asked to pull forward as our order wasn’t ready. By the time our order was brought out 2 of the sundaes were starting to melt and were quite messy. Very disappointing experience.

I love this store with good quality food in their store. Please bring back Cherry Amaretto ice cream. ,

The Cheeseburger combo was not good cold cheese was not even melted

Although we were there during lunch change-over, I do at least expect recognition. My youngest and I were standing at the counter for about 3-4 minutes, six or seven employees were preparing for lunch, no one ever acknowledged us. So we left. All we needed was a small cone.
