I bought some Lilinaz from this store, but when my son tried to open one of them, we realized it had already been opened and taped back together. I returned to the store and showed it to the salesman. He was extremely rude—he grabbed it out of my hand, threw it away, and told me harshly to "just get another one." I’ve always supported this store and even recommended it to my friends, but after this experience I’m very disappointed. Customer service matters, and this was unacceptable.
