Green Mint Vietnamese Fusion

Gave the vegetarian pho and tofu buns a try, and I am not disappointed. I was concerned seeing the last review on the veg pho but took a chance, and I am glad. The veggie broth seems to be salt heavy, but a dash of hoisin sauce made it perfect. I’m in love with these buns, they are so good! Service was friendly. Saw lots of take out orders which also tells me people are happy with this place.

Pho bowls were outstanding! Fresh ingredients and so flavorful. I cleaned my whole bowl!" Had to try out the special combination! I came back twice in one week .

Great food and service! We ordered the sliced beef pho, Vietnamese spring roll, crab Rangoon, spicy edamame and teriyaki beef. Everything was delicious and the server ran circles ensuring we had everything we needed!

Ordered tofu/vegetable pho. I don’t eat meat so wanted to warn any other vegetarians or vegans… this was terrible. There’s no seasoning, the vegetables weren’t cooked, and the tofu wasn’t fried like they told me on the phone. Very bland. I don’t recommend this place. I mean guys, please taste the food you’re selling. This was awful. Ended up tossing all of it..sad to waste food but even the veggies weren’t cooked. Ended up making peanut butter toast and calling it a night. Very disappointing

Phenomenal service and food. The Green Mint is a hidden gem among strip mall Vietnamese food. 🌟 The standout dishes for my wife and I were the Korean chicken wings, Bun, shrimp spring rolls, and the perfectly grilled chicken Banh Mi. The service is friendly and prompt; however the atmosphere in restaurant is a little tired, but food more than made up for this. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Definitely a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!

Green Mint is a wonderful little spot with the freshest food! They make everything to order. We had their summer rolls (shrimp and tofu) ... spectacular. So tasty and obviously very fresh. I had their veggie Phô (again) and it was amazing. They've switched to a thicker rice noodle (think fettuccine). The veggies were wonderful and the stock rocked! My wife had the grilled chicken Bao sandwiches (think, Vietnamese sliders) and loved them, too. It's a bit of a hole in the wall in a nice location. Definitely worth stopping in for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended.

Absolute fire. The steamed pork belly baos were soft, fluffy, and packed with rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork—balanced perfectly with whatever sauce and crunch they threw in. And that Thai tea boba? Sweet, creamy, and just the right level of refreshing. 9/10 combo, would 100% get again.
