​Al Amin is an absolute gem! Their selection of international and specialty goods is incredible, particularly their fresh produce and Middle Eastern spices. The store is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. On my last visit, owner Mr. Assim expressed a deep concern for the community, noting the need for a local mosque and a community center within the local radius, may the Almighty accept his efforts and grant this community prosperity. When ever i am in town, it will be my new go-to for unique ingredients and high-quality staples. Highly recommend!

stopped by Al-Amin SuperMarket on Battlefield Boulevard North after a friend recommended it, and honestly, it kinda felt like finding a little neighborhood gem. Everything—from the fresh vegetables to the halal meat looked genuinely good. Grabbed some Hilsa fish and dates, both were awesome. Not many asian grocery stores or indian grocery stores near me feel this calm and welcoming. No chaos, clean place, staff were nice. Definitely my new spot in Chesapeake for everyday groceries and those little international treats rare in asian grocery shops nearby.

Al Amin Super Market has everything you could ask for in an Asian or Indian grocery store. The selection is impressive, prices are very reasonable, and there’s plenty of parking right outside. The area is safe and well-lit at night, and the staff treats every customer with kindness. Open 7 days a week, it’s become my go-to spot for all my groceries. Highly recommend!
