H Mart Catonsville

One of my favorite international stores. I could always find my special items here. Fresh fish that can be processed to your liking. The in-stores eateries are also great. The workers and people are helpful with recipes and how to cook certain foods. Fresh kimchi...love it.

Am a white dude who is trying new foods. Got into ramen lately and some other dishes. Needed rice vinegar and a couple other things. Was not prepared for how amazing this store was. Got a ton of fresh ingredients that I couldn't find else where like bok choy and fresh ginger. They have a amazing restaurant inside that my wife and I ordered from and the food was amazing. We want to come back and try a new dish very frequently. The portions were insane as well. I couldn't finish half of my bulgoogi order. Staff was sweet and helpful with my quest for rice vinegar. We got a bunch of meat too that is hard to find elsewhere like pork belly. We will be going back again and again again. Loved this place. Was sad to see Vanilla Vegeta soda. My boy isn't vanilla!! 😂 I kid.

What can I say about this business? Awesome! They have an incredible variety for all of your Asian/Korean needs. I've been there twice and still need to go to explore further. It is completely worth the drive to Catonsville! I highly recommend!

This store is amazing! If you are looking for hard to find ingredients in Asian recipes, this is the place to go. Fresh produce and vegetables from all over the world. The seafood department is exceptional. A large variety of fish,shellfish,and even an assortment of LIVE fish! I am inspired every time I come in! So many unique ingredients!

I was looking for oxtails for the holidays. I was told that H-Mart sold them. They had 2 different size cuts of oxtails 1 1/2 to inch thick and the other size was about 1/2 to 5/8 inch thick. I went for the thinner size oxtails. I spent 80 dollars for 4 packs. 4 packs of the thicker oxtails would be double the cost. If it wasn't Christmas time I would have gotten then. H-Mart is a decent place to shop.

They have great produce options. Everything is fresh including meats and seafood. However, the prices are so steep I can't believe that shop there. I used to shop here often, but because of their prices I may shop may once s month.

Love shopping at Hmart. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.
