GW GreatWall Supermarket

I’m today years old to realize this Chinese supermarket not only carry a large variety of Chinese food and premade food, they also carry traditional Chinese prayer / 拜拜 accessories. So you don’t need to go to Chinatown in San Francisco or in New York to find these things. I have been coming to the Great Wall supermarket for years. I can always find fresh fruits and vegetable here with a reasonable price. Customer service are pretty good as well. People are friendly. The checkout lines can get along when they are busy which is just like all the other grocery stores. I was also able to find some of the rare find Chinese snacks and a frozen dishes here. Highly recommend this supermarket.

Now this is a great place to see what everyone buys. The adventure is how to get to the parking lot and then how to get back to a road that goes back home. We did it but it was dark and a bit rainy. I wonder if we will go back this year or longer. I like the store but I am not the chef. We got a few items so it was worth the trip

I drove nearly an hour to come here because I’ve always enjoyed your food, but today’s experience was very disappointing. The cashier showed a negative attitude and even tossed my items during checkout. In the past, I was never charged for bags when I asked for some, but today, when I purchased a lot and needed extra bags, I was charged. Even though it’s a small amount, it made me feel disrespected. I hope the store reviews the service attitude of this employee, as it directly affects customers’ willingness to return.

This supermarket is well stocked, great selection of frozen, seafood, meat, fresh veggies and fruits. Can be pricey on some items compared to other Asian stores within a 5 mile radius. You’ll eventually figure out what items are more expensive. Other than that this is one of my go to stores for Asian grocery items.

Hey Get here early and get what u gotta get and get the hell outta this place b/c when it get busy it gets BUSY! They have a wider seafood selection and prices are a little cheaper than most markets. The vegetables are fresh and looks like they were just picked out of the garden. Overall fresh food and reasonable prices.

I bought a pack of Yam Shaqima from this market yesterday, and after eating just two pieces, I became extremely sick—stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting in the middle of the night. When I checked the package, I was horrified to see that the product is over 7 months past its expiration date and somehow still being sold on their shelves. This is not just negligence—it's a serious health hazard. If my symptoms get worse and I end up in the hospital, I will not hesitate to take legal action. This kind of reckless disregard for customer safety is inexcusable. I’m urging the FDA or relevant health authorities to inspect this store immediately. This should not be happening in any licensed food establishment. Absolutely unacceptable.

OMG!! This place is for vegetarians and vegans. I travel about 45 minutes to get the best and unavailable produce. They literally have EVERYTHING. Fish is super fresh (they even have live frogs…for you frog leg eaters). Prices are Fair
