Ralphs Fresh Fare

I haven’t been to this is about a year and I could see why haven’t back since. The prices are astronomical, the most expensive in North County. The hot foods are old and crusted waiting for someone that doesn’t know any better to purchase them. The fried chicken was piled all the way up to about 5" from the heat lamp, which is a no no in the food service safety field. Looks like the deli people need more training and they need a new supervisor. I won’t be going back there ever again I really don’t trust their practices.

I love, love this store! I've been shopping here for over 15 yrs. If you check the digital coupons before you shop there are some really great deals. The main reason I go back? It's the employees. They make it worthwhile. They are helpful and friendly. I enjoy every encounter. In fact I can only think of one department supervisor I hope I never see again. The way she treated her employees was abominable! That is how much I love the other people who work there! Thank you Ralph's employees! You are such hard workers, and some of the kindest people I've met!

I love this grocery market! It’s clean, well stocked, the produce is always top notch thanks to Maria keep it freshly displayed in the early morning hours. The sushi chefs are putting together bountiful and beautiful bites for the folks who enjoy Dragon, Crunchy, and Spicy Tuna rolls, tasty yellowtail or ahi sashimi, and seaweed salads. All the staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Yet, there are always some customer service representatives that stand out from others, and in my opinion this person is "Blue". He has an indefatigable work ethic, unwavering willingness to go the extra distance to make a shopping experience memorable, and no matter how challenging his day, nor how difficult a customer, he ALWYAS put on smile to greet you, he converses professionally, courteously, and with compassionate concern when interacting with someone who may be experiencing an in store issue. Blue is the epitome of customer service, and is a brilliant reflection on Ralph’s and the Kroger Brand. Kudos to you Blue!!

Came in at the right time and the hot bar had some reduced items. However the dipping sauces they sell here aren’t all that great compared to other hot bars such as winco

Awesome. This is my best store to shop at. I buy mostly fruits and they have the best prices on food to best of my knowledge and variety of everything. I just love Ralphs

Great place to shop if you want to get sick, coolers are more than just moldy. Stagnant water under the flooring and bottom of coolers. Management is a joke the redheaded one is the worst. I’ve never seen an employee get treated so badly and publicly humiliated in front of customers and co workers. If he continues this somebody’s going to take legal action.

Ralph’s is my favorite grocery store chain and this one is HUGE!!! I had so much fun here looking at their wide selection of items. I had trouble finding one particular item and asked a clerk who was cleaning the floor with a broom and he told me exactly which aisle to find it. I like to check out with a human being rather than do self scan and the checker as well as the bagging person provided excellent service. Great staff all around. They really seem to care about taking care of you, their customer..
