V&W Supermarket 樂樂超級市場

Great market but this last visit was very disappointing. She rang up everything wrong. I took photos to show her but it was way too much drama for me. She went back and argued with all the employees. She did ultimately correct the prices but on my time. FYI lots if items are listed as 2 for $5 for 4 for $3.99 or 3 for 3.99. Very confusing and if you buy only one or less than the group amount you’re charged a much higher price. So if it’s 4 for 3.99 and you want 5 the extra one will be 1.25 instead of $1. Nothing rang up correctly so the shopping experience is frustrating. If you’re sensitive to fish smell the entire store smells like fish.

I really love this place I'm giving it three stars because every time I buy boneless chicken thighs they are chicken legs. You can see it in the pictures. I believe it's the collagen, the strands that are going through. I'm making a stew and it's not going to be tender. My guests are going to be pulling the meat off these strands.

They break the meat apart on the dirty ground DONT EVER COME HERE

I love this hidden gem I love the management I also love how confused and appreciative they are when I come in and shop the looks of surprise when they see I no my ingredients over all I love how fresh the food is I don't mind traveling 45 minutes it's worth every cent

I bought a box of mooncakes from here yesterday.I open the box,the mooncakes go bad.I come here to ask for returning,but the staff refused!

The staff at the checkout is terribly rude, they often punch through excess products and refuse to refund the money. Everything is packed in cellophane bags without handles, when I ask for a normal bag, my requests are ignored every time. The workers in the fish/meat department are nice guys, but the cash register workers drive me crazy. Once again, I had to carry all the heavy things in a bag without handles, because they ignore requests to give the bag

The cashiers in this Supermarket are extremely mean to all not Chinese customers and treating them totally different than Chinese people. Not a first time happened to me in this supermarket, particularly one older cashier, today I was even trying to complain to a manager about it. Hopefully it’s not gonna happen again, otherwise I’m not gonna keep it quiet! Stop treating people differently because of their race!!!
