Poor customer service, such as unhelpful staff There is no English or Spanish. I understand that not everyone can know every product in the store, but staff should be able to identify the names and brands of the core items or quickly find someone who can help. Clear communication is essential for a smooth customer experience. Also, I will likely shop at a different time to avoid this issue.

Just moved to the area this is one of the nicest supermarket I've ever been to prices are fair customer service is 10 out of 10 The store is clean while stacked employees are very helpful just a great place to shop I would recommend this grocery store to anyone.

The workers are nice and the food is really delicious, and also the prices are great I recommend more people to come through here and try out their foods 🤩🤩.

Hana market is a good place and have a lot of good things. Everything is clean and they are friendly. Not Good at deli and they are a bit expensive

Great market overall my only problem is with some items which I believe is a little higher compared to other markets, Great market though, I have been a customer since they opened in 2023.
