Greenwood Market Beer & Grocery

Pretty good selection of typical bodega items - basic groceries, household items, medicine, small deli (haven’t ever tried a sandwich or bagel though). Also some bonus items like mozzarella cheese balls, humus, etc. staff is not rude but is very quiet and fairly friendly. Hours are not as long as other area bodegas. I’d say 7 or 8am til 9pm maybe.

Nice people in the store, which is always good. Normal deli selections some things cost less at other deli'$ (lol) like as some things here are cheaper then 19th and 5th. So I do not mind the 2 store walk to save $10. So I can ultimately come back another day and spend it. 3 stars because in my head a 5 star DELI has come to me only prices.

Great

It was great for like 30 years until the old owners sold it to these new people. They made ridiculous isles super narrow filled with shelves from floor to ceiling and you can basically see nothing and EVERYTHING is almost twice the price than anywhere else. Gone are the great Deli style sandwiches, the coffee machine right at the entrance and the small 1 dollar chip bags for the kids. You can barely walk there, and is really dirty. Sad that the deli right across the street that used to save us is gone.
