Grand Opening? While this experience was fantastic, I feel compelled to mention some drawbacks that might be why they missed a star—the parking situation was quite challenging. I understand the demand, but for such a spacious venue, the parking spots seemed quite limited. On the plus side, they offer a variety of hot food options, and the addition of Baker’s Avenue is a nice touch, though I found their prices to be a bit steep. For those who are unfamiliar with Seafood City, it’s a vibrant market offering a wide selection of Asian groceries mostly Filipino, along with fresh seafood and a diverse array of ready-to-eat meals. The atmosphere is buzzing, making it a great spot to explore different culinary delights and discover new ingredients. Overall, I appreciate the effort put into this grand opening. If they can improve the parking situation, this place will definitely be a go-to destination for Asian food lovers.

Anaheim is so humid today that we craved for halo-halo. Parked in front of the building, the area was not so busy. We picked up a few groceries first before heading to Grill City. There’s no line up, servers are taking it easy. The atmosphere is relaxed. The surroundings is quiet and clean. Each table has a fresh plant that added beauty. Enjoyed the halo-halo, delightful colors and an indulgent look to the sweet tooth. Highly recommended!

Review 21/365 challenge Updating my review Came here on 2.18.25 Saw they now have a Valerio's Bake House That just opened up w a grand opening banner at the entrance of the shop. Excited because I love Valerio's. They have the best Filipino Bread, pastries & desserts! Got the Cheese ball & Ube cheese ball are like a muffin but w a round top. Filled w cream cheese like center. The Turon is yum. Not too sweet and their chicken empanadas are yum! Along with Bakers Avenue Bake Shop too. Lots of yummy scrumptious breads, cakes & desserts. Like the Ube Loaf, Ube pistachio Sansrival is really yum along with the red velvet cake. Highly recommended. Seems like they also have a new spot in the front entrance of More Filipino Street food that just opened. Selling even a whole size Lechon, slab or chopped up in the Asian Street food weekend area. Looks pretty good. Service is good in all other areas except it’s decent but a bit slow at the City Grill fast food area. Seems like I always have to wait god the cashier every time i come here.

First time came to this Filipino market eventhought it was opened over 2 years. Full of stuff and they have dine in food court and delicious bakery. Prices are decent but some Chinese items are little pricey. i love their desserts and will come back to try the food and buy some pastries. The stocks are well organized and clean.

This store is clean, offers variety of Filipino products, very nice staff. The only issues I have here is ordering food. The combo deals is limited. You can only order 1 grilled food and 1 entree. Atleast offer 2 grilled food instead of 1. It also took me 45 minutes to order my food. If you plan to shop, it is good. If you plan to eat there, make sure to plan ahead and be ready to wait 30 to 45 minutes to order your food.

Filipino and Asian products available here at reasonable prices. Great staff, as well!
