The local herbalist doctor and herbal store my family trusts when we are not feeling well and would rather drink Chinese herbal tea instead of western pills. This store has been in business for decades and carries many variety of herbs and dried seafood (abalone, scallops, squid) and Chinese imported foods not found in regular supermarkets.

If you are looking for Chinese Herbs, this is one of the places大昌行. People here are friendly and helpful. They also have an experienced Chinese doctor to visit (Tue,Thu,Sat)and prescribe you for Chinese Herb. Beside herb they also sell other food stuff too. Their English may not be good but they will help to make sure you understand what you buy! I like their business because it is honest and helpful. I sometimes recommend this store to my non Asian friends to buy herbs or see their doctor.

This place gave me such nostalgia vibes. I came here with a friend to visit the traditional Chinese medicine doctor for some basic maintenance. Knowing Chinese or having someone that can translate for you would be most convenient but English is also doable. The doctor charges $20 for a consultation (includes pulse reading and writing the prescription) which is paid to him directly. The herbs can be picked up in shop and the cost will vary but they seem very affordable. The doctor is in on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 10:30am-5pm.

I don't know much about these ancient herbs, but there are so many unusual herbs and products here. I don't see them at other markets, and they are very interesting to find. Members of my family who shop here say the prices are very reasonable.

New to the store and only there to pick up some herbal medicine but don't ask the guy behind the counter if he speak Vietnamese unless you want an earful 🤣🤣🤣 the price on the medicine was very good...but prepare to wait a bit as the store is very busy....

Purchased 2 of chinese Angong Niuhuang wan (安宮牛黃丸) , one just empty box with nothing inside and other one got little stuff inside, the wax was broke both boxes are seal outside you can't open it until you paid for it. I paid $150 for that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Hello to all!!! You betcha that this Chinese herb store get most you want.. Like when you are si ck and need some herb medicine.. you just walk in and the doctor will just only touching you at hand little bit and then he will know what kind of sick you have. After that you will get some herbs medicine to take. That is so simple right?.. If you pay with cash , it is better discount.
