This supermarket is actually quite large and spacious. There are lots of live seafood and meat section inside. You need to pull a paper number tab and wait for your number to be called for service. The staff in the meat and seafood section is friendly. Check out is a bit slow even though there are many cashiers. Parking can be a challenge depending on the time. The product options here are much more compared to 99 ranch. You can find products from Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Korea, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan etc. This supermarket has a weekly sale or deals, which the price can be lower than other markets. The security guy upfront is not very friendly.

Didn't even make it into the mart, the parking lot is already hel on it's own. No one drives in the right direction, people are walking 1mph in the middle of the road, no parking, cars stopped randomly every where, and multiple cars were not parked within the lines. It's like all the terrible drivers in the SGV chose to meet up here.

Delivery after 8am yes you could park your rig on the street quite very safe neighborhood no facilities

US Supermarket (formerly known as Cali Mart) is a big improvement from its predecessor, and I really enjoyed shopping here. The store feels much more welcoming now, especially since there’s no longer a security guard following you around. The fruit prices are very cheap, and the produce is a great deal overall. This is also the best place to buy hot pot meat that is very affordable and good quality. They also sell LKK hot pot soup bases, which are a great price at 2.49 when on sale. Another great change is that there’s no longer a $5 minimum for credit card purchases, so you don’t have to force yourself to spend extra just to pay with a card. I highly recommend US Supermarket to anyone looking for cheap fruits, produce, and hot pot ingredients.

My family and I have been coming here for over a decade now. Recently, there have been many instances where their cashiers and butchers have been very rude. We came to meat department to buy chicken breast and asked for two pieces to be separated and the guy threw the chicken back and refused to help us. The other butchers ignored us when we tried asking them to help us instead. Never coming back. Customer service is so dog water here.

I bought 3 tilapias this afternoon at about 1:30 pm on Tuesday March 25, 2025. I told the cleaner to cut the fish into 4 pieces each and also to cut the head into half. However, when I arrived home, I found that there were totally 17 pieces, which proved that one piece was missing. I examined carefully, it was immediately discovered that one of the fish shoulders, the part between the body and the head, disappeared. There should be 3 shoulders but there was only 2 left. It is obviously a very dishonest act.
