First let me say the Dr and his nurse are great 😊I received a text for Monday reminding me of my appointment and confirmation on Saturday prior to my appointment so of course I tried to call to reschedule my appointment but because the confirmation text they had entered my phone number wrong . I had a medical procedure i had to be at Monday morning and could not call . Then when I could finally call I got an offive message push this button for this or pish that button for that etc. Not one button after listening to them all had a button to cancel or reschedule . The office manager told me it would &50 charge to cancel iNot once did she take ownership in they entered my phone number wrong . I could not cancel til the day of . As it was, I chose to try to make good on that appt so I would not be charged &50 . Your front office staff really needs to first of all listen to their own phone message to patients . Second of all for appointment confirmations they should do those during business hours so a patient can respond And last but not least the front staff is the first impression that a patient sees , the staff is not friendly at all , they might should take time to make sure patients info is correct , so a patient can reach someone and respond to the reminder during business hours.

So because i had to change my advantage plan this year they called me about 3 weeks in advance of my appointment that had been set many months ago. I gave them all the information and asked them to call me if there was any problems. The lady said oh we definitely will. I show up to my appointment give them my card and sit down. About 10 minutes later they call me up and say that they need prior approval? I said huh i gave you all the information 3 weeks ago? She says well I called them 2 times and they didn’t answer? I say well if they didn’t answer and you only called 2 times wouldn’t that constitute there is a problem and you said you would call me back ? You didn’t and now you’ve wasted my time. She hands me a paper and says have them fill this out for prior authorization? I said don’t bother I won’t be back and will let my physician back home to stop using you for a referral.

During my appointment, the doctor had poor bedside manors, ran through his treatment plan recommendation and was very blunt about the severity of my symptoms. I was given no alternatives, or other options, and didn’t have much time to ask. He rushed out the room before I had an opportunity to even process what he blurted. My MA, Ashley, was helpful and attentive. Had she not taken the time to speak with me, I would’ve left with more questions than I came with.

I liked the fact that I was seen promptly as scheduled. No waiting, in and out within 30 minutes or less. Very friendly staff, doctor was pleasant as well.

Always full waiting room. They schedule appointments every 10 minutes with each provider. I scheduled for the first appt of the day (7:30) they took me back at 7:40 and I was seen at 7:45. The doctor is amazing thorough qualified friendly but expect to wait.

I was very pleased with every person I had contact with. Like most places, I didn't get to be seen until after a long wait in the lobby. But Salvador Alonzo listened to me and explained all my questions. His assistant was very professional. I think I have found them another customer.

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. They do not let you hang around before you get treatment or are transferred to another health care provider. They know what to do and proceed accordingly. Would not go anywhere else. Dr. Made is fantastic to do with.
